Alex was great! He got my air conditioner working properly in no time. He let me know the problem and made sure i was OK with his decisions at every step. I'm so grateful Alex/Ignitify rescued us from 108 degree temperatures!

2022 December. Their service was quick and so easy to deal with. Everything is fully explained and it makes you feel like you can trust these guys. Can't complain about their service, specially now that everything is so expensive, I felt I was getting what I was paying for. I hope I don't have problems with my new furnace but if I do they garanteed their work and said they will come back to resolve any issues.

I am unbelievably happy with these guys. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They got the job done in less than an hour and we’re very honest about the work. Excellent service for my rental property. Randy was extremely professional and Alex diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Great price for such quick and quality work. They even helped my tenant get the troublesome gas fireplace started for the first time this season while they were there. Will surely use them again and recommend to others.

My heater stopped on a Snow night in El Paso I called Randy and he was extremely helpful. I didn’t know how to explain the issue I was having because the heat was running just not heating. I opted for next day service instead of after hours and Alex was here first thing in the morning. Extremely helpful extremely kind. Resolved in a matter of minutes and also explained and showed me the issue. Would recommend and use again. Thank you guys me and my babies aren’t cold anymore!

Very professional, fast and clean installation. The communication with Randy was always present, he took his time to detail the whole process and answer every question we had. The process was really smooth.

They got me out of trouble. I needed a quick turn around for a job and they came through. I needed a conversion kit that luckily they were able to manage and install. I am a systems enigeneer and I have dealt wih all types of proffesionals, and I wiould put these guys on the top of that list.

Called due to AC unit not working. Spoke to Randy and arranged for a technician to come out to my house same day after calling same morning. The technician even arrived way earlier than what I was told. Much appreciated! Technician Alex was very knowledgeable in diagnosing. Although the repair could not be done due to decisions on my part and it being a more lengthy job, I was very pleased with the services provided. Not too long after technician left, I was contacted by Randy, given a very affordable quote for the somewhat pricey job, and even given an quote for an upgraded unit which provided lots of insight for me. All in all this was an awesome experience and I appreciate the peace of mind I receive from their help. I would recommend them to anyone and EVERYONE!!! Thank you Ignitify!!
