Felix was amazing! He showed up and was professional. He was detailed in explaining all the task he was going to do, gave us tips to prolong the life of our system, and even went above and beyond to go back to the shop and get us a replacement air filter. I can only hope I get him next time my system needs serviced!

Shawn Packard was nice and respectful, he was knowledgeable and I believe did a awesome task with explaining the process, and my options! Having a text come through before he arrived with a picture of who will be coming and a little bio about them was a great business decision and gave me a good sense for the company!

fantastic service! Our water heater broke the day before leaving for vacation, I contacted Anyhour the next day and they had someone out Our technician, Sergio was awesome. He took a look at our existing unit and explained he was looking for to determine if ours needed to be replaced. It did in fact have to be replaced, he was great going over our options and was sounded like was going to be 3-4hours, he was able to complete in 2 hours. I was appreciative for his help and demeanor. Thank you for taking care of us before leaving town & ensuring we came home to hot water!

repairman Raleigh was professional and efficient. Checked out and cleaned the entire heating system and components. our system was in wonderful shape and working well. He was good in explaining what he checked and how it met performance standards. pleased with the service.

Marcus was fantastic! He was personable, and knowledgeable. He found a broken part in my aging furnace and did an superb work of explaining why it needed to be replaced as well as providing a diagnostics to see if there were any other issues that weren't visible. I can recommend this company.

Trevor did an awesome job. He performed more preventive upkeep than anyone else I have used in the past. He was professional, was patient with me and he answered all my questions. He explained he did to me in a way that I could understand. I was so glad with Trevor, I decided to get another maintenance contract for the next year. I was not going to do this but Trevor’s attention to detail and professionalism sold me. When it’s time to have maintenance again in six months I will only ask for Trevor.
