Avoid this company like the plague. It's been almost 4 months and the owner never responded to us when we would ask when things would get done. We would have to involve someone who knew him in a group text for him to somewhat respond (he would rarely respond there with garbage excuses)

He then stopped responding after a couple weeks completely when we finally got the condensers in, but nothing at all was hooked up.

Now he doesn't respond at all and we had to bring in another company to finish his work. It seems he began his poor work with the recent review, but now he'll just take your money and never respond.

I contacted Lion refrigeration in July of this year to switch out a swamp cooler with refrigerated air. After receiving various quotes from competitors, I found this company to be the most competitive in pricing. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would love to give this company, a five star review but unfortunately it took them 3 months to complete the job 100% in its entirety. After the unit was installed, I was told an inspector would be sent out. Several weeks later no inspector visit nor call from the company. I had to call twice to have them schedule the inspection. The first time no one called to tell me the inspector cancelled the appointment. I don’t think anyone would have called me to reschedule if I hadn’t followed up. Once the city inspector finally came out, he advised he’d reach out to the company to have them complete a few minor details that were overlooked. After several weeks of not hearing back from the company I reached out to them to find out when’d they be coming. I would recommend this company based on pricing but be prepared to project manage the installation all the way.

Where to begin! From the first call, dealing with Lion Refrigeration has been such a hassle free process from getting my quote to the day of installation and beyond! Their quality of work is truly unmatched! Finding a Contractor that was this good was no easy task but They did such a great job on my home and they are the Company I recommend time and time again! Thank you to the whole Lion Refrigeration team!
