The guys arrived on time at 8:00 a.m. as scheduled, and had everything ready to get the job started. They were professional at all times and carefully replaced my old windows in one day. They left the area clean. My windows look great and properly installed. Very satisfied with their service.

I got refrigerated air which is great, my problem with Roof Now is that apparently the 5 ton unit has a ten year warranty which I have no paperwork of as yet! I've tried calling the company many many times and finally got a hold of a guy named Joel, said he would get back with me still waiting for a call back. This is totally unacceptable.

This company not only did an amazing job, but they took the time to come out and walk thru with the adjuster to make sure we got qualified for our new roof. They were prompt clean and very respectful of our property. Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I've been trying to get assistance because my solar panels are not working and the Puronics shows needs service. I reached out to Luis and he told me the "techs" were going to come and it's been 2 weeks and no one has come. I call Luis and Alberto and they don't answer me. I call the numbers listed in the website and in Google and no answer or numbers no longer in service.

Did my roof and installed panels. Loan was funded, and that was that. Never heard from them again! Horrible customer service. I don't even know if my panels are working correctly. Big regret.

The solar panels do not work properly. I have called them multiple times and they set up for someone to go but that person never showed up. Now they just don't answer. We keep paying every month for something that doesn't work properly.

We'll just keep this real. Would not recommend to anybody! These people made false promises about things, delayed process to the financial company goodleap which in turn cancelled because of the delay... And here's the kicker, they falsified paperwork to financial company saying I had a second job which I didn't to make the sale. I'll be reporting them to goodleap, BBB and look to see legal ramifications for their work practices. Stay away from these guys!!

Great experience! Would highly recommend. We got refrigerated AC and they did an awesome job! They also verified with us with turning on and off AC and heater, both worked great! Thank you.

Is this place even a business?they never answer the phone bad customer service. How am I supposed to get things fixed that they didn't do right if they don't answer. did i get screwed over making a contract here🤔 let's hope this doesn't escalate to a bigger problem.
