Very good work, professional and on time. Explained and showed me each step of the installation even showed me photos of the work that was done on the roof since I cannot climb on the roof myself. Cleaned up the area where the work was done. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Ok so first off this company goes by
Multiple names and the only reason I know how to get ahold of them
Is they have texted me and so I direct text when I need something. They respond efficiently though. They have serviced my tankless water heater under sharp but my AC under anchor. So….not sure if you will be able to find them- however they do a good job and they expeditiously helped me when the AC failed and it was 106 outside. Prices seem reasonable.

My experience with Sharp Plumbing has always been positive and today was no exception. I called shortly after 8 this morning to ask about a toilet repair. It is not even 1 and they already came, did the work, cleaned up and went on their way. Adrian and his son were very friendly, respectful and efficient. Great job!

Arthur and Anchor Air have been a blessing to me. I have property in Fabens Texas that needed the AC checked. Due to the very hot temperatures everyone is having challenges. He MADE TIME to travel to Fabens and check in the AC. I called him in the morning and he was there by the afternoon. That is what I call SERVICE!

Father & son Adrian & JJ came to fix our clogged toilet. They were friendly, respectful & professional. A previous plumber told us he would have to break our cement to fix the problem and quoted us an outrageous amount. Adrian said this was unnecessary and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We are very grateful that they didn’t take advantage of our vulnerability. Highly recommended!!!!

Called to get kitchen sink & washer unclogged told them last plumbers from diff company ran a snake and didn’t work said they would try something else and get it fixed sent two guys for about 5 min to just run a snake after I had literally told them we already ran a snake and didn’t work plumber who showed up and ran snake said there was nothing they could do as I had “ collapsed lines “ still charged me $100 asked for a quote to reroute plumbing when they didn’t even offer it as a solution to them “ breaking the floor had to be done “ & was the first and only solution they provided I had to be the one who brought up re routing instead of breaking … would not waste my time with them didn’t even get a call back to get quote for re routing piping paid another company $500 to reroute my piping sink & washer work now horrible experience

I’ve utilized Sharp for years now and they always have done an excellent job! From our refrigerated air to our tankless water heater, they are professional, timely, and reliable. I tell everyone I meet about them. Arthur is great and the commutation makes me feel like they care. Great customer service! I’m a happy customer!!

If I could give a zero I would, worst company I’ve dealt with. Called the owner and he wouldn’t answer and when he finally did he kept interrupting me so i told him to let me finish he laughed at me and hung up on me as well. I called back and he said I was being ridiculous and that I was yelling when I clearly wasn’t, before the call it says calls are recorded so Arturo you can pull up the call and listen to it. Problem is that air is hot not cool and they messed up with the electrical so back lights go on and off. I told him I have two little ones and it’s too hot for them. Arturo I work in customer service and I know for a fact this is not how you deal with your customers even if you are the owner that doesn’t give you authority to laugh or hang up. Have more respect for your customers and accept your mistakes and fix them instead of acting immature and hanging up.
