Forney Air

I hear the service is great, and their work is impeccable, however, someone might recommend to the tech driving the company F150 south on I-45, then south on 175 for a couple exits that their driving, specifically lane changing skills, would greatly improve if they would stop texting while driving. Just a tip.

Saul with Forney Air went above and beyond my expectations. If your looking for AC work Forney Air is the company to call! They were prompt, effective, professional and informative. He provided accurate upfront cost estimates. Unlike the previous company I called Saul was actually able to “fix it in a flash”😉 without the bloated predatory pricing schemes. I can not recommend this company enough!

We’ve used Forney Air for maintenance in the past. This Spring, they recommended a new AC unit to replace our almost 20 year old unit due to the same issue recurring over and over. This has been the best home improvement/investment we have made. We have immediately seen cost savings. Install was easy. Cost was great. The new thermostats are awesome and easy to use manually or through the app. Richard / Forney Air provides a great service and value.

Melissa scheduled my routine maintenance. Saul came out and found an issue that could have caused a fire or carbon monoxide poisoning and he repaired it. I have been using Forney Air for many years now, and have always been happy with customer service and repairs. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I strongly recommend Forney Air.

Great service - dependable - all the things your mom and dad taught you about CHARACTER - Richard is that guy. Now I need new duct work because for a long time, my garage allowed access to my attic and the creatures took up residence. Now we have that all fixed and we get to repair all the damage those lovely creatures did while having fun in my rafters. Who do I trust? Well Richard and Forney Air - Looking forward to seeing his crew and knowing the job will be done right.

Richard from Forney Air called me back within 1 hour of my calling. I set an appointment up for 12 pm. He got there 10 minutes early. Found the problem in less than 20 minutes. Fixed in less than 30 minutes. Richard was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and nice. I would recommend him to anyone with air conditioning problems in a heartbeat. Great service! I know who I'm calling if I have anymore problems in the future.

We had finally got back from a friend’s home after this record-setting weather, rolling power outages to discover our power was finally back on 🙌🏼 but that our heater not working. 😞 After such a long, frustrating week...that was tough.

BUT Forney Air came through big time!!!

Someone came out only a few hours after call to diagnose. We needed a part they didn’t have local so Rep Chris drove all the way to Carrollton to get what was needed.

They were very responsive to update requests & now our heater is back up & running! 😃 🙌🏼 Was also very fair on pricing & didn’t try to gouge or take advantage. That means a lot these days.

I called Forney Air because I noticed water was running out my exterior condensation line like someone had turned a faucet on! Chris was the technician who came to my rescue. He confirmed the problem and said he could repair it in 10 minutes. He was wrong - it took about 5 minutes. Chris was professional and competent. our a/c stopped cooling Friday afternoon. I called Forney Air around 4:30 and was told someone would be at my home between 11-1 Saturday. I asked if there was anyway possible someone could come out earlier since we had sports games for my children. I received a call about an hour later stating that someone would be at my home Saturday morning between 9-10. How awesome is that?! Richard arrived at out house at 9:30am Saturday morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away! He also gave us some pointers on keeping out unit clean and in working order. I called 3 other places before finding Forney Air and they couldnt come out for 5 days and wanted over $150 JUST to come out and look at our a/c unit. THANK YOU Richard and Forney Air for taking such great care of us! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Awesome customer Service!!
