Infinity Texas Air

Excellent experience since my initial call with Christina. Then my technician Raymond was awesome: super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and seems pretty honest. He told me what the issue was, showed me the issue, and clearly told me what the different solutions were for that. He found the issue within minutes, whereas the other provider I had called first couldn’t find the leak at all and that technician provided a wrong diagnostic. Pricing seems to be just about competitive, but based on the above, I would 100% recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you Raymond!

Raymond came out to diagnose the reason why our A/C system was not cooling. He tested our unit and was able to get out system cooling again. Raymond was very friendly, professional and customer oriented. While he was here he also completed our summer tuneup. He also provided us with options to make our system more efficient. James also offered us to join the Infinity, Texas Air club which included a discount on our service for today, and also other great benefits for long-term savings. He did a great job and learned a few things about the customers point of view. He has a great future ahead of him. Mistakes get made but he had a humble response to them. He will do very well in his future.
