Bryan was my technician and he knows how to give good customer service. He explained everything to me and helped to find a great upgrade within my budget. He upgraded both my Master & Guest faucets. He is great about answering all my questions and he has over 30 years of experience and knowledge in plumbing.

Bryan also replaced my shower head with a Moen shower head, he tightened my toilet seats and improved the water pressure. He did everything carefully and efficiently and didn’t leave a mess behind like other contractors.

I love my new faucets and can’t wait till my next project, I will definitely be using this company again!

This was my first time using Willard Air. I had a ac issue and was able to get it fixed with in a few hours the same day. My ac tech was Brandon and he was GREAT! He let me know when he was on the way. He was very professional and polite. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained how everything with the ac system worked. He was helpful and was able to quickly fix the ac issue I was having!
I will defiantly use Willard Air again and I will defiantly request Brandon!

When your AC crashes in Texas, right before a major holiday weekend, finding responsive, reliable professionals to help in a timely manner is often more of a challenge than it should be. Fortunately, I called Willard AC. They were able to send out a technician the same day. Jose was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He answered my questions, explained issues,and was able to fix the problem quickly.
I would have preferred a more transparent approach to the price I was paying, breaking out the material cost vs labor, but total job pricing is common in this industry and, all things considered, the price I paid was fair and reasonable.
I will use Willard AC for future jobs and recommend them to family and friends.

Not only did he fix my issue, but he went out of his way to make sure he had the equipment to get us up and running the same day. Juan & Michael were exceptional in the quality of their installation work. They were courteous, considerate, professional, diligent in their work and meticulous in their clean up of the work areas post installation. This was my first time to use this company. Bailey was great communicating in advance. Very professional upon arrival. Got an understanding of the issue and he explained his approach to resolve. He was pleasant to work with and seemed very knowledgeable. Once he was able to fix the issue he tested thoroughly to be sure it was taken care of. When asked about another plumbing issue he was responsive to taking a look and providing a thorough diagnosis. Would definitely use this company again.

Robert Hall was the tech. He was very professional and polite. Gave me great recommendations to my problem. Unfortunately through no fault of his own he was not able to fix my A/C as it needed freon which they no longer make. Would recommend this company to anyone needing A/C work.

Brandon was punctual, professional and he efficiently carried out the inspections on our AC and Furnace. He made sure to walk through the detailed report and thoroughly answered all questions, as well as advised us on optional and recommended repairs. We were happy with the services and our dog was sad to see him go!
