Our sales manager, Jeremy Besson, and our delivery driver, Joel, literally keep our business moving. Can't tell you how many times they have gone the extra mile and helped us out. Joel is by far the most competent driver that delivers to us; he is incredibly patient when unloading and going through the order to be received. He helps put away larger items for us (it's typically just us ladies here at the shop). His knowledge of the parts and materials he is delivering makes every visit smooth and efficient. Thank you both for all your hard work. Looking forward to another BUSY season!

I called to purchase a part for my furnace when it went out in the ice storm. And instead of helping me they wanted to charge a $75 surcharge because it was "outside their normal working hours" when someone was there already. It is only 2 miles from my house and I had to drive across town to find another store. Talk about highway robbery! Terrible customer service! No compassion for someone who needs to have a warm home in the worst day in winter!

Been buying from AC Supply for over 20 years ! There more than a place to buy material but they know you by name and they really do seem to care about helping you achieve your needs . I would recommend them to anyone! TimDowns.

I love this place! I have purchased parts on two occasions.The staff was extremely helpful. The cost was a quarter of the prices that other places quoted, including ebay. You rock!

Multiple bad experiences prompted this review. Taking weeks to get an account set up. Called accounting and app. just sitting on desk. If you need more info, call me...
Ordered 10 items and they pulled 3 items wrong size or count. Manager shrugged his shoulders and said we can't always be 100%.
Sold me faulty zip ties. Tried to only refund me what I brought back & not all the broken ones I had to trash. Manager was defensive instead of apologetic. Poor service from top to bottom.

Good prices. A local favorite.
