    Gonna be a long one but…
    We have now had 2 emergency plumbing issues at our house and Service Experts were able to come out the same day I called, Clint our first plumber was a great help and was able to get our issue fixed swiftly, Manny, our second plumber was amazing, He was funny and helpful and listened to our concerns and helped us solve our second issue same day as well.

    I will forever recommend service experts to anyone who needs help!

    Benji just came by to service my AC and he was very informative about the unit and what I can do myself. He answered my own questions I had about the unit. Working with Benji made me feel better about the company in general. Hopefully I’ll see him again.

    Llovani came out today and did my maintenance service. He was professional and did a great job of explaining everything he did, with pictures to support! My outside unit needed a little cleaning, so he took care of that too. I really need to research their Advantage plan and consider getting their duct cleaning service. I'm very pleased with my service today and with Calverly as a company. I certainly recommend them to others.

    Benji the technician was great today, was able to take care of a backup in the water line that flows from my AC system during a routine maintenance checkup, saved me a lot of heartache and $ catching a problem early before it turned into a serious issue. Very happy with the maintenance program as well as the technicians that have come out for maintenance checks. Benji was knowledgeable and helpful today, and the other two technicians who have come out were great as well.

    Tim and his associate were great at explaining the issues we were having and what all of our options were. Their advantage program is very attractive and makes sense for a majority of the people. Called them on a Wednesday, they came out on Thursday and our new system will be in on Friday. Very pleased!

    I started doing business with Calverley with our small business. They did a good job on maintenance, we decided to use with our home.

    In short, they’re getting 1 star because they don’t deliver on their promise for this maintenance service. The whole point of the program is to check and tune up systems at the start of hot or cold seasons. They said service calls take a priority and they cannot get out to maintain our unit until September (after the hottest part of the year). So why even pay for the program if it’s not being done until after it was needed? Furthermore, they’re workers (all of them very nice and professional) are paid commissions on work. So, don’t be surprised when every visit they have a suggestion for a part that needs to be replaced.

    Last… they’re one of those companies that make you jump through hoops to cancel service. Similar to a gym membership, you have to write some letter and send by mail. It’s 2023! Why would a phone verification, email, etc. not work?

    They lost our residential and commercial business.

    We called Caverly to install a new kitchen faucet. I asked what the cost would be and they told me they couldn’t give a quote, the plumber would tell us when they “saw the job”. Which seemed suspect since it’s a pretty standard request.

    The plumber, Manuel came to our house and told us it would be $300 if cash and $425 (!!!) if we paid with card due to “fees”.

    When we mentioned this seemed very steep- I was expecting it to be around $150 (it was a new nice kohler faucet in a new build home, easy 30 min job) we were told if we chose not to do the service we would be charged a $99 service fee for his coming out!! So at that point we just paid the cash bc it would be more work and money to look for another company. Now the faucet doesn’t even work correctly. Another plumber from the company came out (he was friendly and helpful and if he’d come out initially I don’t think I’d be writing this) and basically told us the other guy from the company ripped us off with the price because we live in a nice house. He also told us that Manuel charged us cash so he could pocket most of it, ripping us and his own company off. However we were stuck either paying him to do the job or $99 to do nothing.

    Told a range of pricing on the phone then when they showed up, the price tripled. Willing to discount 15% if we signed up for their maintenance program. Definitely a dishonest approach to doing business.
    Be very careful doing business with these folks. Did not do business. Stated a service fee which is actually a trip charge.

    Not only was I able to get a technician to come out for service on the same day….but the technicians Carlos & George were very polite and professional. I have expensive hardwood floors and they are the first to wear shoe covers before walking in my house. They were also knowledgeable with plumbing issue and were able to fix it rapidly. It was a pleasure working with them and I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys!

    I am extremely satisfied with my service call today. The service was fast and efficient. Bryan is a excellent service technician and Jake is a excellent service consultant. They were able to quickly resolve my issue and educate me on my system along the way. I will schedule to have them come back out to inspect/service my AC unit as well for summer.
