Rave: Hill Country Refrigeration has always taken great care of us here at Full Moon Inn. Called about 11:30 , today about one of our A/C units they showed up about 4:00 and solved the issue. Great company.

The outside unit on my heat pump stopped working. Hill Country AC sent a very pleasant, knowlegable and honest technician to perform the repair which was done quickly and efficiently.
Very pleased with the service and response time.
This experience was the complete opposite of a previous service call several months ago when I called the 72 Degrees company and their main focus was to sell me a complete new system which time and circumstance have shown that I did not need.

Great service! This was my first time to use them. They were responsive over a holiday with freezing weather and I’m sure many other calls. They came out very quickly and located an issue that two other companies have either been unable or uninterested to resolve. Hands down the best HVAC service in town! For years my family has gone through Hill Country Refrigeration, and when my thermostat wasn’t working when I woke up this morning I knew just who to call. A very polite and helpful lady answered all my questions and I soon went on my way to their store front. When I arrived, a man named Doug helped me pick out the best thermostat choice for my house and didn’t try to sell me the expensive one either. He told me in detail how to install it and wrote his number on the box to call him if I had any questions on the install. Well, sure enough I was confused and gave him a call. He drove to my house and figured out it was the wrong thermostat, drove back to the store to get the right one, and helped me install the new one. He even crawled in my attic to check everything out. Afterward he refused to take my money and left. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!! Thanks so much Doug!

Very pleased with the service and professionalism. The tech quickly diagnosed and fixed 2 separate problems we were experiencing. Total time here was less than 1 hour! He was courteous and wore a mask the whole time he was here (COVID era).
