We called during a very hot day or AC went out and South belt air conditioning. Heating came out in a prompt manner and extremely reasonable price and it took care of my family. I recommend y'all gave them a call. My Intel side person was Rosie and Matt was my technician. Matt did a wonderful job, got us up and running in no time and it was just a capacitor. Most places would charge for a hell lot more and do nothing. These guys were honest and very reasonable.
My home warranty denied my ac claim. Took them two days to get here in 95 degree weather. I called South belt and they scheduled me to be the first the next day. They showed up on time. We discussed what the previous technician said. He agreed that the fan blade was bent but quickly discovered that the power loss was an inside breaker that was tripped but difficult to see. The previous technician never looked for inside breaker box. He had a new fan and installed it quickly and we noticed an immediate change in cooler temperature. South belt took great care with us when we flooded with Harvey and tried to get us the best price. When I wanted to have my AC checked for seasonal maintenance the lovely young lady in the office told me where to find coupons to save some money.I love this company. They will always get my service They deserve more than 5 stars.
We have been customers of South Belt & AC for 15+ years. They take care of 2 houses for our family. A neighbor recommended them and we’ve never used anyone else. They have made repairs, system upgrades and new installs. They tell you what’s on the horizon. Like if your unit is limping along but can get through a summer. Always fair, excellent service. They don’t up-sale you either. Their employees stay, which shows in their service. I recommend them all the time.

Let me begin by saying how STELLAR this company is and their serviceman (Nick). As a neighbor of an elderly woman, I saw that she was going without AC in this extreme heat in South Houston. They came to her rescue speedily and she and her service dog are extremely grateful!!! Thank you Nick for your assistance and kindness and thank you SB for being a great company! It’s good to experience good people!

From the owner/upper management to the technicians, no matter who you interact with they are always on point with their customer service and knowledge. They are quick to respond especially during Houston's summer months when everyone's AC is breaking down. The estimates they quote are never overly inflated no scamming. Once they complete a job its done right. Since 2002 I have never had to call this company with a complaint and they come out on Saturdays if needed. Nick got to our house after 5pm on a Friday, and quickly assessed the AC issue and determined it was a faulty welding issue from the installation. He was able to fix the problem, recharge our Freon, and clear our output line.
He gave us amazing service and we could not thank him enough. We were especially pleased, since we had guests coming in for the weekend.
All I have to say is, if you are looking for a quality solution that uses quality products, great people, look no further. Great company that has been in business for 25 years for a reason. From the initial consultation to the installation was about a week (because of New Years holiday and needing to pick up equipment from manufacturers- but South Belt was ready!) The job they did was excellent and were always incredibly attentive. They treated the home like it was their own. Definitely will use them again. NICK WAS AMAZING!

Based on the reviews, I called South Belt, got the call center who told me a tech would call me back. In maybe less than 5 mins, Nick (Specialist) returned my call and in 15 mins was at our house. He checked everything thoroughly, explained each repair and cost effectively and was very gracious from start to finish answering all my questions in the sweltering heat!! I also feel that the pricing was fair and not like I was being charged unreasonably or for charging sake. I am so grateful for having found this company and extremely impressed with the service. Will use again in the future for other needs as discussed with Nick.Thank you to his family for sharing him on Father's day. Truly appreciated! We have cool air!!🙌🏽
My A/C stopped working in the middle of the night Friday/Saturday.😵. After calling my Home Warranty people, they said they would return my call in 24 hrs EXCLUDING sat/sun!!! Warranty folks said that was the best they could do, so canceled them, saw South Belt Air in my local paper, gave then a call and the tech called me back 10 min. later. He was there within 15 min, diagnosed the problem and got us up and running in the next 2 hrs!!! SO glad I saw the Ad. They were prompt, courteous and honest. The tech recommended several things but was never pushy or smug about anything, nothing but professional. Will absolutely call them again for any A/C issues in the future. Thank you South belt A/C.
