Love the entire team at Audrain! They are so friendly and do great work. They are always ready to help and don't try to force a bunch of extras on you. They kept my old unit running for years even when it probably shouldn't have. Truly great team!

During on a very cold day, my electric unit wasn't working properly. I called a few HVAC professionals and no one could fit me in the schedule on a very cold day, obviously HVAC companies are busy. I called Audrain Heating & Cooling, they were able to fit me in the schedule and Id appreciate that especially I have kids to keep warm and cozy. The Tech (Tanner) was professional and fixed the problem that I'd had in the unit. Now my unit is heating up! I would definitely recommend this company. Thank You Audrain Heating & Cooling

I called first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment was pleasantly suprised when they could be here the same day. The tech that came out (Tanner) was very young and I had reservations about his ability. His professionalism and diagnostics of the problem was impressive. I would highly recommend this company

The service is incomparable! They answered the phone on a weekend the first time I called. The Technician was very courteous and professional. He repaired my ac right; after having another company out twice earlier in the week.
