Both Daniel Weimar and Sammy Dumonte were professional and courteous they installed a complete AC unit and ductwork in 1.5 days. Excellent work unit works great.

Tyler came the same day and had empathy for people in hot conditions. 🔥. He fixed the AC in 20 mins with also adding a part 0 lead time. He answered all my questions and seemed pretty passionate about what he did. Absolutely, I recommend this company. He was friendly and supportive. Overall, I loved this company customer support, attentiveness, empathy, lead time, listening skills, and availability.

Colby did a very professional job quickly diagnosing the problem. Explained the issue and corrective options. 16 year old system, decided to replace. He Made temp repairs to the existing system to keep us cool until new system can be installed. Friendly and efficient.

Tyler was beyond professional! The passion he has for his occupation is second to none. Tyler and I stood out in a thunderstorm while he worked on my compressor. I’m not sure there are many people out there that would take that risk, but Tyler did. Tyler was very efficient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. The house is cooling off, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Our air conditioning unit wasn't cooling our house down enough, and despite trying everything from watching YouTube tutorials to doing basic fixes, I couldn't figure out what was wrong. The refrigerant line kept freezing up. I decided to call for professional help and found Quality Cooling and Heating services. Their response was quick - I called on Thursday evening and they came out immediately on Friday morning. The services offered include appointment confirmation, technician tracking with a photo, background check, and bio information.

The gentlemen who arrived, Tyler and Riley, were very aware and responsive to my situation. After I showed them exactly where the unit and thermostat were located, they went right to work. They updated me on every problem they found and concluded that, while they understood the situation, we probably needed to repair or replace the unit. They were kind enough to even make a phone call to ensure that our unit was registered for warranty. Tyler and Riley even offered to send out their Sr technician for a second opinion, which I appreciated.

Balde, the Sr technician, was very knowledgeable and came out to explain more in detail about the unit and what to look for in the future. He also offered options for repair or purchasing a new unit. I appreciated the honesty of this company, and the fact that they were very patient with my family and explained everything that was going on with our AC unit. They even offered AC window units for the weekend so that we wouldn't be hot while waiting for the repair.

Daniel and Sam came out Tuesday for the repair and did an awesome job - the AC unit is now cooling great. They told me everything I need to do to keep the unit working properly and also ensured that we maintain proper maintenance yearly.
I highly recommend this company for its professional and excellent service. They are a reliable choice any day.

Our A/C stopped working all of a sudden, we called at 8pm the night prior and they were there by 11am the next day, our repair’s man was very knowledgeable and kind. He took his time to explain every step and found the issue without complications. It was an easy and nice experience
