One call is all it took. Got right on it. They understood I can't live without my A/C. Especially in this Texas heat! We were lucky with Fast, same day service. Fixed us right up. Very professional!!!

Had my ac go out on a Sunday night , called first thing Monday morning , he came out and diagnosed the issue..... Super professional, great work and good quality workmanship.... Not all heros wear capes....

We called Broc at 9pm on a Friday and without hesitation he came out and fixed our AC! He even checked everything and made sure the whole system was working correctly before he left! Very professional, definitely would recommend!

If I could give this company negative Stars I would. I called and had they come out for mini split not working. They charged me the $180 service call. Told me they needed to order parts. Ok. 2 weeks later I call to get status and I was told still waiting on parts.ok.. 2 weeks later I call and leave message. It’s been a week since then and I’m getting ghosted by an AC company. Very unprofessional and very poor service. Maybe they will have this AC fixed by winter 2023.

My heater had a burning smell coming from the unit so I had to turn off in spite of the cold weather and so I found True Ac on google and Repairman came out and found the problem right away was very nice and fixed my issue very quickly now I have heat again, I’m so thankful ! Will definitely be using again and will tell anyone else to as well. Definitely give them a call if you need your ac or heat looked at. I find them very reliable 👍👍

Called Brock the owner on a Sunday and he came to the rescue! Our AC was not cooling, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company!
