Wallace's Heating and Cooling LLC

I got a new ac system installed about 5 months ago with this company. I just recently starting having issues with my ac system . So I had someone that I actually trust come out and check and this company Didn’t do the installation right causing me to have to pay within the last month $450 . I don’t recommend this company to anyone .

My name is Sergio Sanchez, I've been waiting for my AC to be repaired since August of 2022. Today is the First Day of April 2023. South Texas heat is no joke. I haven't slept well in months. My quality of life has taken a steep decline. The high humidity inside my home has me constantly sick with respiratory issues. Last time a Wallace tech came by was on March 27, 2023. As of yesterday 3pm Wallace hadn't even ordered parts or contacted my insurance to update the claim to find out what the next step is. No Offense to the hard working techs that have come over to my house constantly diagnosing the same problems over and over. It's who ever running the office that ain't worth the ground they walk on. The operators that answer the phone speak so rude, and thats if i
lucky they even answer. They don't want to do the repair work for the insurance instead they want you to by a whole new AC System from THEM!!! They constantly blame the insurance company for taking a long time, when they themselves withhold information fron the insurance company intentionality to keep customers suffering longer in hopes I break and buy a whole new system from them. Am I the only Wallace customer with this problem? The last time they actually worked on the outside unit, They claimed the Job was completed and it was working fine. The pictures I have say otherwise. What you see is exaclty how they left it. I NEED HELP!!! 😔 PLEASE....

Excellent working with this company. timely and excellent communication. The owner showed up, and both his team and the neighbours' property were treated with respect. We adore the way our new roof looks.

He helped us instal a reverse osmosis water filtering system and a salt water softener in our house. The water softener and filter are simply great because we had really hard water, which clearly had an impact on so many essential items in our home. Additionally, he sent extra filters for our system and demonstrated how to replenish the salt. Our enjoyment of the water has greatly increased. You would be surprised at how much this softener would raise your quality of life.

You're not done searching for an AC contractor until you've talked to these guys. Great price, easy financing and fast, friendly service! Sitting here under a blanket typing this because my new central ac makes me forget there's a heat wave in Weslaco!

My home's heater was expertly fixed by them. They were committed to identify the problem and find the best answer despite the size of the task. They guided me through each step of what was wrong, how to solve it, and what they did and how they fixed it once the task was finished. thanks!

These guys installed our new ducting, furnace, and air conditioner (I know, well over due review). He and his staff arrived, got the job done efficiently, and then they went. They were all courteous and respectful of our home even though it had recently had a thorough repair. They cleaned up after finishing their task. I'd heartily recommend them!

This company has come to my home twice, not by choice, and they were over 4 hours late both times! We had a power issue to the system and the "technician" came and turned on the breaker and left. He did not check if the system was actually working. He left the system blowing hot air. Since it was after hours, because he was late, they would not answer the phone when I called to ask for him to return. You cannot even leave a voicemail because their box is full. They have a number you can "text" and no one responds! We have been without AC in the S. Texas heat and no one has the decency to return the call. Do not trust this company with your AC problems! I don't believe any of these positive reviews! Don't be deceived!

Another 5-star review for him. He did my chimney, dryer vent, and tile/grout for a very competitive price. More impressive was that he was able to accommodate my tight schedule. I was only in town for a couple days! He's definitely a pro at what he does and you can tell. He's super knowledgeable about his craft and can make recommendations on fireplace inserts, etc. Also cares about animals as he gently moved a nest with baby birds safely.

Juan came out to fix our AC. He was very easy to communicate with before he arrived. He showed up and conducted himself professionally. Most importantly he fixed our AC units quickly, and did a thorough job inspecting everything.
