Supreme did absolutely fantastic. He was able come next day. My ac wasn't working and everyone else was 2 weeks out. Supreme showed up the next day and had me up and running within the hour. Fantastic job and even better customer service.

I very rarely leave reviews, but I had to after this experience. I can't say enough how the owner makes your problem is own. I had a house at 87 degrees and called a "big box" A/C tech come out. He then told me that the replacement parts are going to be close to a new A/C....so just get a new A/C. Which to me was was odd, as the high end A/C I have is one of the many reasons I bought the house. I knew I needed a second opinion and I'm sooo glad I did. Thanks to a visit from Supreme A/C, not only was Supreme A/C able to fix my issues.... Supreme A/C got the broken parts covered under warranty. Saved me thousands!! I will not put people personal business on the internet, but let's just say, even with a personal tragedy that same day, Supreme A/C STILL made the time that day to stick to they're apt time. Do yourself a favor, call ONLY Supreme A/C for any issues you have with your A/C. I will not do A/C business with anyone else going forward.

Chris was so kind and personable and professional. He confirmed his arrival time several times, and was punctual. I hate when service people say “sometime between noon and 5”, so I really appreciated that. He gave me a good price for installing central air in my house. I highly recommend!

There are cold days ahead and my thermostat was giving an error and turned completely off. We’ve had no heat for the past 2 days. I Googled hvac in my area and came across this business. Chris answered the phone and was able to provide same day service at a very reasonable cost. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing in detail. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a few options. He was very patient as I tired to decide what would work best for me. He didn’t rush me or try to force me into any option. I picked an option that I liked and we agreed on it. He’ll be back soon for more maintenance I didn’t know my unit needed, but he showed me a couple issues that definitely need to be addressed.
