My AC went completely out on a very hot day. I called Lenox Heating And Cooling in the early morning and they were able to schedule a same day visit to inspect and fix my AC. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will definitely use them again when needed.

I just had a new Heating and AC system installed by another contractor, but I couldn't get them to finish up the work (cold air returns, startup the AC, etc.) I finally turned to Lenox Heating And Cooling. Alex came on a Saturday and immediately got my AC up and running. He also scheduled me for the rest of the work. He was professional and explained everything as he went along. I will continue to use Lenox for all my HVAC needs. I only wish I had started with them for my original installation.

Technician Rocky customer service skills were outstanding! He wasn't rushing me when I had questions and was very thorough in his explanations about what needed to be done. He was also very good about providing money-saving options. You can tell he really cares about providing excellent service!
