Jim is the real deal. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He legitimately cares about his customers. He takes the time to explain any questions or interests you have and his pricing is very fair. I have had Jim service my AC a couple times over the years and he is now my number one choice for anything HVAC related.

Holy cow , air conditioning went out on a Friday night .
Saturday , called the major air people , nothing till Monday but when I called Jim and told him how hot it was in the house he called me back right away even though it was about three thirty .Then he came over and he fixed the unit and had a reasonable price for the repair .He was my hero. Such a good man ! Very rare in repair men. I am keeping this card and recommending him for sure.

I cannot express enough how AMAZING this company is. 1st he was the best price out of all the other companies I reached out to. Hes very honest and explained how to properly maintain my unit. That made me feel he wasn't out to get as much money from me as possible. He also found the issue we were having with restricted air flow upstairs from previous duct work. He fixed it for a very affordable price. He also walked us through with other airflow issues and explained how to fix them on our own! I will refer Jim to everyone! He's great!

Was having problems with my air conditioner not turning over. Called Jim this morning not realizing it was a holiday and he came in a few hours later and fixed the problem right away. Having elderly parents in the house and summer staring not having ac could have lead to greater problems! I'm glad he was able to come by had help us out. Help local business and they will help you! You can't get this kind of service from large corporations.

So one of my two AC units was not cooling.
So I called Jim never having used him in the past. It was on a Sunday, Jim's day off, yet he still made every effort to drive to Galveston to take a look at things.

Within a few minute of checking the outside condenser unit, he found the issue. Once that was corrected, he checked the other unit and performed the rest of the maintenance.

I really appreciate Jim's dedication to showing up on a Sunday, his thoroughness, his great knowledge of AC systems and the tools used to diagnose my issues.

If you need someone to work on your system and provide good service as well as pricing (hopefully not on a Sunday) please do yourself a favor and give Jim a call.

Great service by Jim! My AC unit failed Saturday evening and he responded quick coming out on Sunday to troubleshoot. He gave me an excellent quote to replace my old unit and had it installed the next day! Jim is professional, honest and very helpful throughout the whole process.

Mr. Jim is the sweetest and most honest technician I have ever dealt with. We have used him numerous times over the last year and a half anytime our "very old" furnace/ac had issues. Recently, we have had a continuous problem with our AC and he came out and tried to troubleshoot the problem numerous times, and not even asking for a service fee after the initial maintenance. He truly cares about you and your situation and tries to help you the best that he can. He is 100% honest and will tell you if he can fix something or not, and he definitely will not overcharge. While we were on vacation I could not get in touch with him and I had to call someone else who charged me double the price for a part that Mr Jim would have charged us. He is not trying to take advantage of anyone like most people do these days. He is a truly caring and we'll even call\text you, check in on you, and take time out of his day to talk to you about your ac problem.
