Very knowledgeable and experienced, and just as important, honest and upfront about costs for parts and labor. Their prices are reasonable, considering that they have experienced, licensed, professional technicians and use top quality equipment and components. They recently did a very difficult and complex replacement of the 17-year-old HVAC unit in my condo and the work was perfect. In fact their installation was so good, that another company had to come in and look at our new unit to learn how Fairmont did some of the complicated parts of the installation! Recommended.

Came out and did our entire unit this summer! Very knowledgeable and professional!! Came out a few days after to make sure all was working well and good! Will come out in the winter to make sure heater is good as well!!! Pricing came in much better then other companies we called. Highly recommend this company!!!!!! We had a fantastic experience!

Called Fairmont Air when my second AC unit stopped cooling and they were prompt to arrive and access the situation. They were able to fix the unit the same day even though it required some new equipment and refrigerant. Very happy with their professional service and I would recommend them to anyone else.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I called this company since they've had a history working in my condo. Right off the bat, there is a charge to assess the situation, which is reasonable. However, when the AC guy came to look at the problem, he kept commenting how nice of a place I live in. After he found the problem, he told us it would cost almost 1k. When I told him I wanted to discuss it with my significant other, he became pushy. He, then, dropped the price to 700 dollars to change my mind. In the end, I went with another AC company who charge me only 400 dollars to come assess the situation, order the parts, and replace it. My AC works perfectly now! Don't go here if you want to get ripped off!
