The owner Ken Longoria, will leave you handing. Contacted him on Monday 06/06 said he could get to me on Thursday or Friday so I said OK, 100+ degrees, He ghosted me. After I repeatedly sent him emails as he requested for service he never responded, obviously he's got so much money and business that he can just pick and choose who he will take care of. so unless you enjoy getting played, thing twice when someone recommends him.

Ken and his team could not have been better. We had an A/C fan motor go out on our unit. Ken worked over the weekend to find us a great price on a replacement motor and had us back up by Monday.

His team deserves the highest marks for the service they provided!

Power Savers comes out and immediately identifies the issue and has it repaired in no time at all. Very responsive with communicating when they will be there and a very fair price for their work. I have used them for 15 years.

I called Houston Power Savers Monday morning, because the air conditioner was blowing warm air. I received and acknowledgment of my request immediately. And a few hours later, the service person showed up, and the problem was fixed. The A/C was working a few hours after I requested the service. What a prompt solution to your A/C problems.
