Mr. Reliable Heating & Air

05/27/23 Do not recommend at all! Stefan came out and of course told me I needed a new compressor or basically replace the whole system. This would cost 5-10grand. I called someone else. They came out took a look, and within 20 min had my AC working again for under $1000. What a joke of a company.

06/01/23 After this experience, the owner of the company, Drew, called and apologized for my negative experience. He listened intently to my concerns and genuinely was willing to make the situation right. He also offered a refund of the diagnostic fee. I appreciate his professionalism and effort to hear my side, which is rare with businesses nowadays. For that, I give an additional star.

After gathering quotes from several HVAC companies, I ended up selecting Mr. Reliable Heating and Air, mainly due sincerity and good communication I received from the owner. Long story short, I had a 3 ton and a 2 ton unit installed and I'm extremely impressed with their work! A new installation is definitely a big expense for any homeowner, but I would encourage you to consider giving them the opportunity above all other competition - I'm fully confident you will be very pleased with your investment! These guys went above and beyond to far exceed my expectations. You'll notice my return vent shown in one of the pictures provided on this review... that wasnt even listed on the scope of work, yet they included it for free since the existing return was restricting air flow. Well done guys!

Stefan was thorough and efficient. Zeroed in on the needed repair. Cleaned out P trap, drained line, and sprayed solution to delay algae coming back. Thank you so much.

There is a reason why this is business is 5/5. Drew took the time to do a load calc on my home. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and straightforward. I never felt like he was in a rush trying to sell me something. Overall this was a positive experience. You cannot go wrong hiring Mr. Reliable.

Daniel was absolutely a joy to work with! Very professional, personable and knowledgeable! I learned quite a bit from him as well. He inspected the unit inside and out, diagnosed the problem within 10 mins. He thoroughly explained what the problem was. Within 20-30 mins the problem was fixed and we had A/C!
I also took advantage of their maintenance program. I feel so much better knowing that the company will be keeping up with that!
I also want to recognize Mike. He is the first person I talked to when I called, exceptional customer service on his end.

Stefan showed to be professional, knowledgeable y very pleasant. He would thoroughly explain his findings and freely share his knowledge. No hard selling at all. He made a few recommendations and issued quotes. Very pleasantly impressed by this provider.

I received exceptional service from this business when I needed my AC repaired in the Houston summer. Stefan was there as soon as possible and diagnosed the problem in a short while. My AC was fixed the same day and he also walked me through how to maintain it. The rate they offered was very competitive and he made a really bad situation have a happy ending. Great experience with Drew, Stefan, and his install crew! Very communicative, efficient, knowledgeable, and flexible with my work schedule!
We replaced our old metal ducts with new ducts, added an air purifier, and a 14 inch filter up in the attic and we noticed a HUGEE difference in air quality. No more dog smell! Thank y’all so much again, referring y’all to everyone in the neighborhood!

Omg they were on time... I was looking for him and he was already here.. they cared answered alllll of our questions!! Drew came after finding out that we needed an entire system... He came after hours after our decision the workers were here for 9am the next day worked didn't bother us and we are cool now!! I recommend them to the entire 🌎 these people care and they are honest.
