They took our ice machine, had it for many months and returned to install with it still not working correctly. Then wouldn’t return calls or come back to fix properly. We do NOT recommend this unprofessional company. Took our money ($365) and did nothing.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I have not been able to use this business as no one answers the phone, text messages, or even emails. Is this company even in business. Maybe putting a bad review on here might get someone to call me or even email me. Until then, this rating stands.

During the recent shelter in place we discovered that the temperature in our home wasn’t consistent and the AC wasn’t turning off without me physically adjusting it off. The company answered the call quickly and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Thank you!
