I contacted Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning this morning at 8 am for an air conditioning problem. They came out about 2 hours later. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in very little time. They were extremely professional, well priced and incredibly quick. I highly recommend.

My old air conditioner needed replacement and I decided to shop around since I was not sure of the best Air conditioner that would suit my needs. So thankful for the help provided by Mike. He provided options for us and made sure everything was clear. They came out the next day and replaced the unit with a new one and carried the old one away. Very quick and excellent service.

I asked Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning out based on recommendations from 3 folks on our community Facebook page. I wanted a routine maintenance check on my heating system (Carrier heat pump). He came out at the assigned time, called in advance, was super friendly and courteous and explained what he was doing. Front office also excellent. The fee was $84, but I signed up for a regular maintenance contract (twice a year for $80 per visit). Interestingly enough, he found a flashlight in the compressor left by the company that had previously serviced my heat pump. I had made an appointment with them earlier in the week before asking for recommendations. They neglected to show up or call. Quite different with Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning.
