Roy was GREAT! He assessed the unit, found a broken part, had a new one with him which he quickly replaced. He cleaned the outside unit (including dead lizard, lol) and was very helpful and professional. Very happy with the service and Roy who was great with an older homeowner.

The technicians arrived and were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to troubleshoot the problem very quickly. I also learnt a little bit about the workings of capacitors, compressors and fuses. They had replacement parts on their truck and switched them out with no problems. I was very impressed. We have a working A/C again!! Also as a courtesy, they also cleaned the coils on both outside units and replaced the air filters in the attic that I had on-hand. 10/10 - I would hire them again.

I had a same day appointment for my call. The blower of my HVAC system was broken and the A/C was not working either. Kevin took time to explain us everything, gave us options of repair vs replace. Took time to answer all our questions. Next day, the technicians who came to install were professional, skilled. They installed, cleaned up before leaving and explained us everything. I am happy with ACR and would highly recommend if they give same service if something goes wrong.

Great experience overall. The rep who sold me the unit was knowledgeable and helped me with all of my questions, while working with me on my cost and timeline. The installers also did a great job - they were on time, clean, and fast. My wife and I both worked from home the day of the install and weren’t bothered once. Would recommend.

Sheldon Richardson has been excellent in providing the level of service and support required to get my HVAC system operational again. He has also been sincere with his advice and did his best to provide good value for money for the service.
I wish ARS were more responsive in sending Sheldon to my residence to fix my issue. I had to wait 2.5 days to get the technician onsite!

There was a problem with scheduling which would've dropped the score, but thank goodness Jessica followed up and got someone out early the next day.
Sheldon came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem expertly. He also noted and provided consultation on a couple of safety issues that could prevent future major damage and higher expenses. His work is professional and I'd give him 6 stars if I could. Great job!

Very professional tech that provided Very sound advice as to what could be done to my heating/cooling system to provide better comfort to our house. Our system is not designed well and should be balanced with an additional thermostat.

I would like to thank Roberto from ARS for coming out. He did an exceptional job and even explained everything with detail to me. He even explained that all the weeds I have in the back of my yard near the ac unit are poison ivy.
I recommend Roberto as your ARS tech.

Professional and very knowledgeable technicians, I was able to ask all the homeowner questions I could think of and they were more than willing to talk to me about preventative maintenance and repairs that are simple enough for me to do. Gave me solid advice with info I could understand. Will keep them first in line for future repairs and service, and eventual replacement when needed. I highly recommend them and had great interactions with senior techs Roy and Tony!
