This company was assigned by my home warranty Monday morning and I received a call within a hour that someone would be out soon! They repaired my a/c replaced the part pretty fast and I had a cool house that night. & they called the next day to make sure everything was good. I definitely recommend them!
I wanted to jump on and give a review, since they seem to be mixed here. I went through the home warranty (First American) and was told it could take up to 48hrs for an appointment to be scheduled. Within an hour, I got a call from David letting me know he'd be here in 10 minutes. He was on time and professional. It turns out our thermostat wire was rusted and needed to be replaced. He was in and out in 15 minutes! We will absolutely use this company again if the occasion ever arises. Hopefully that won't be for a long time, though. Haha
I have been using them for 8 years now and would highly recommend them. They are straight-forward, honest, and reliable. They have completely replaced one system (that was 27 years old), and replaced the attic blower in the other. I have had zero issues with anything they have fixed, and was not pressured in either way with the repair vs. replace options.
This company and people are amazing. Professional and honest. Today I had them install a new AC unit. My old unit was 26 years old! I would trust them time and time again
As many others have shared, we were referred by our home warranty company. In a household of six, we were fairly desperate to get an increasingly warming home to cool off. My first call was on a Monday, and the first available appointment wasn't going to be until that Saturday. Horrible news nonetheless. We needed to go thru the warranty company, so I was stuck with a company I had never heard of, with 100's of companies within throwing distance. I decided to stick with it and hope for the best. Surprisingly, I get a call late afternoon Friday from one of their Technicians. He said he could squeeze us in that evening. Showed up, masked, tools in head, ready to save us. He and his partner quickly identified the issue, charged the a/c and left us with both explanation of the needed repairs, and some tricks-of-trade options to get us through. We had a leak in the Evaporator coil. Big job. We called them the next day to schedule service. Within a couple of days and a few hours, they had the new coil in and cranking. The work was clean, their demeanor professional, despite the ridiculous heat and having to mask up, and done in a timely manner. About two weeks later, we noticed our upstairs level wasn't cooling very well. We tried some of our own self-diagnosis, but eventually called Falls back and asked them if they could give us some advice. Not only did they have a technician call us back within an hour, but they were able to get us an actual visit within a couple of days. Once again, professional technician arrived, quickly assessed the issue and fixed it within minutes! We were certainly thankful and blessed to have these guys on our side! Highly recommend them for any of your service needs. Thank you Falls A/C!!!
It's mid-August in Texas, and the temp in my home kept creeping up and up over the past several days. I put in a service request through First American home warranty, and they partnered me with Falls. I called them first thing upon opening, and their earliest appointment was for tomorrow. Ugh! I called another service, and they could come today...but i really wanted to go through the warranty (and had already paid the service fee online). I called Falls back, and asked "pretty please" could they squeeze me in. I also explained that my husband is a transplant recipient, and it's not good for him to get hot. She called the supervisor, then called me back to say that yes, they could squeeze me in today before 2 pm. He arrived around 11:25, all masked up, replaced the capacitor, and we were back up and running in under 15 minutes. It's already cooling off in here and feeling much more comfortable! THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Falls A/C! You rock! Thank you for caring about people and providing not only skilled repairs but great customer service. Will definitely use again!
We were assigned Falls A/C through our home warranty, first American after having several different contractors come to our home to do NOTHING!!! Falls A/C immediately identified the problem and corrected it within a day. They did not perform unnecessary work or try to upcharge me like the other contractors did. I was experiencing issues with my ac since May 2020, (unit wasnt cooling) and when Falls A/C came out, they knew EXACTLY what to check for and knew how to correct the problem! If you're reading this review, look no more! This is the company for you!!!! I will say, expect a 4 hour window for service, but you can trust they will show up and fix your problem!!!

Satisfied with units. The workers who installed my heater broke my hall light cover and ladder to attic. Said light cover was loose and stairs were old. Said 2 thermostats on truck but one bad and didn't know which. One tech who later came out to replace thermostat said they would check into those things but haven't heard back.
I have to say this is the most professional A/C company I have ever used. They came out in a timely manner and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within a great time frame. I understand parts must be ordered and in Houston where the Summers last at least 10 months out of the year. I was very impressed at how quickly they were able to get the parts needed to repair my home. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs a great and professional A/C company.
Really happy with the level of professionalism that the company employees and owner showed. They were quick to respond and made my situation a priority in getting completed quickly. Went over repair options in detail.
