I had 3 estimates done with A/C companies in the area. Weeks was the company I chose because of their professionalism. Eddie(technician) reviewed all the units from outside, to the inside closet where the unit was to the attic. He measured and took pictures to explain what he say. He listen to my questions and what I would like to see done. He gave me options from the normal to the high end unit. As well as an option for each 1 to keep unit in the current closet to moving to the attic. He also gave me ways to save. Richard/ Josh were very efficient, professional and always on time. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how long it would take. They said the job would take 3 days they wrapped up in 2 1/2 days. When done the walked me thru the completion as well has showed me pictures. And they cleaned up. You would have never known they had been there. They said it was their job, but they went above. My A/C is working 150% better than it has in years……! My husband and I are very pleased with Weeks. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Weeks.

Been using Weeks for all my AC and heating needs for over 22 years. Great local company that always does the job right. I have had maintenance done every year to keep systems in top shape, replaced full cooling and heat units, duct work and cleaning. They are reliable and knowledgeable in everything they do.

I received a postcard offering a discount for annual HVAC service at a discounted price. I figured I would try it. Jordan arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do. He took photos of any issues and explained them to me. He went above and beyond. I was so impressed. He explained issues to me that no one else had in the last 20 years of living in this home. We assessed what items definitely need to be addressed in the very near future. After 2 hours he presented me with the cost of the visit. I was blown away with how affordable their service is. Its rare these days to find someone honest reasonable knowledgeable.. outstanding customer service. Never once did I feel like someone was trying to sell me something. I will definitely be using Weeks again!

AC capacitor went out late last night and Weeks was the only provider of many that answered the call to come out. Jesus the technician was awesome and had me back up and running very fast. I could not give them a higher recommendation. Use Weeks, they are great!

As always professional, courteous employee took care of what he needed to take care of, explained it all, and reminded me of their service maintenance plan without being pushy. My family has been using this company for over 40 years and will continue to do so.
The woman who helped set up the appointment was professional and courteous as well.
I’d suggest one thing: get those poor service guys a way to ‘ring’ up the sale instead of having to type out the credit card number etc.

We have used Weeks for several years and have never had a bad experience. From A/C repairs and regular maintenance to installing chandeliers on 21’ high ceilings the guys have always been professional and informative. The booking staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Qualities we value when choosing when looking for any company to work with.

Having been jerked around by my warranty company (do NOT use American Home Shield!!), I contacted Weeks for help. Weeks replaced my 20-year old furnace and AC, and I can’t say enough good things about their work ethic and professionalism. I was quoted on Friday, the work started Tuesday - in the middle of a heatwave! They may run a bit higher in price than others, but it’s worth it.

Edited to add: The response from Weeks does not address the poor communication at all, which is the primary subject of my complaint. Had Weeks just said, “The appointment window is from 8 to 1,” I would have been fine and worked around that. But because employees told me differently, and then denied it and tried to gaslight me, that is the problem. Further, I did call to speak to Melanie and left a voicemail. Not surprisingly, I never received a return phone call.
I can't speak to the quality of service but I can speak to the poor communication that meant I didn't even use Weeks. I scheduled an appointment for a tuneup online. The window was 8 am to 1 pm. It's a HUGE time window, but Weeks told me I could call the morning of to get a narrower time frame. So I did; I called around 7:30 am and spoke with Faith, who said my tech would arrive at 12 pm. Great, I thought, so I went to run errands. I got a call at 10:33 am from the tech. He was at my house, an hour and a half early. I informed him of my earlier conversation. Madison then called me three minutes later to tell me that since I booked online, the tech was within his time window, and we'd have to reschedule for next week.
What?!
Madison also said she didn't know why Faith had told me 12. And that the tech was "only" an hour early (no, he was an hour and a half early, but nice try).
I canceled the appointment because if they can't even give me accurate information and then try to gaslight me over a time another employee had given me, I can only imagine the scam they'd pull once they had access to my HVAC systems.
And when I expressed the poor communication to Madison, she insisted that they were within their time window. So why tell me to call to get a more accurate time? Is my time not as valuable as theirs? Why not just say, "It's going to be between 8 and 1" and leave it at that?

I recently had the pleasure of having James from Weeks A/C Service Company come out to service my home air-conditioning system, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. Not only was he incredibly friendly and professional, but he was also able to identify and solve my problem in record time.

From the moment he arrived, James was warm and personable, putting me at ease right away. He listened carefully as I described the issue I was having with my air-conditioning, asking thoughtful questions and taking the time to fully understand the problem.

Once he had a clear understanding of the issue, James quickly got to work, using his expertise to diagnose and solve the problem with ease. Throughout the entire process, he remained communicative and transparent, explaining each step of the process to me in terms that were easy to understand.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service from Weeks Service Company and James provided. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him and Weeks without hesitation to anyone in need of air-conditioning service. Very friendly customer service and employees. The member that Initially came to see what the issue was allowed me plenty of time and space to understand all of my options and helped me understand exactly what was going on. Not once rushed me or was Impatient in any way. Then the crew who came to install and complete the repair, were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything the day involved at each step. They worked hard all day and maintained a kind professional work ethic the entire time. Will be a repeat customer should any other issues arise.
