Sent a message through Yelp (overnight) and received a response first thing in the AM. Have an older system that's working fine but wanted to have a system checkup done. It appears we are in for an extremely hot summer and I wanted no surprises later on. They texted me immediately to confirm appointment time and as Max was on his way (actually came early as previous appointment finished early). Max showed up, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I didn't need much done to the system as it's functioning fine. Max made some recommendations, which I happily had him complete. It's refreshing to find a small business that's professional and thorough. They've got my business and will be my go to when I have AC needs. Thanks for an awesome experience.

I had a really great experience with this company. Max came out to my home and replaced my AC evaporator coil. He was on time, professional and very kind. Very responsive and knowledgeable. He did such good work getting my AC fixed before the major heat came in. & also he was super nice to my kids and dogs! I would highly recommend anyone who needs HVAC service done to give him a call!

Quick response from David when my AC went out on what is supposed to be a 90-degree day. Had an immediate morning appointment available. Max showed up on time and was very friendly and engaging. Checked my system inside and out. Clearly explained the issue and gave me options and estimates and allowed me to make a slight adjustment prior to doing the work. And provided an estimate of additional work to be addressed to help my system run more efficiently and longer. I really appreciate the great customer service and expertise.

They came out in less than an hour of me reaching out. Super quick and friendly. Helped me identify a refrigerant leak and went through the previous homeowners service work order to see what was previously done (he didn't have to do this.) Give these guys a call if you need quick responsive professional help.

I had a friend of mine recommend this company. They told me to ask for David specifically. David came out to look at giving us a quote for a new heating and air conditioning system. Our unit was about 23 years old. Not only did it seem like we were having to make repairs on a semi annually But our electricity bill was absolutely killing us. David came out and did a full system inspection for us. He told us the system was certainly getting up there in years and for the amount of money that you are spending in electricity and repairs we could easily look at getting a different system. Myself attempting to be a informed homeowner had already had an idea of what type of system we wanted. We did a lot of research and found that the two-stage train system would be what is best for our scenario in our opinion. David also agreed that a two-stage system would be a very good system for our installation purposes. He had a different brand that he said he sold. My wife was fairly adamant about the train though since she spent all of the time and effort doing the research. we asked him although it’s not what he typically installs if a customer would really like to have a different brand of unit would that be something that he could do. He said absolutely although it would cost us a little bit more. We were fine with that and less than 72 hours later David was over installing our new train two-stage AC system. He was very kind and professional, locked us through absolutely every step of the process before he ever started, went out of his way to make sure that our boards were protected, our walls were protected, and he did a fabulous job of keeping his area clean and tidy. We were so incredibly grateful for the service that he provided for us. We will definitely be using Texaire for all of our heating and air conditioning needs and definitely referring him to anybody who asks. Thank you so very much for being so very helpful David!
