JD's A/C

I sent an email the night before to schedule an appointment and they called me the first thing the next morning. I was expecting to have to wait a few days but they were able to send someone out the same day! The AC tech, Collin was really nice. I appreciate the fast response and friendly service!

Excellent service. Everyone we dealt with were fantastic. Bobbie in the office was knowledgeable and friendly. Collin was early, had a great attitude, was quick and cleaned up after himself. A very personable young man. We couldn’t be happier. Oh, and almost half the price of a local competitor.

The technician that came by was very courteous. Any questions that I may have had he was able to answer, with no issue. There is additional work that must be completed to my AC unit, but I have no worries because of the excellent service I have received thus far. I would definitely recommend their services!!!

Update: They came back, and everything is working now. Excellent sevice!!!!

They came gave me a quote I had a later appointment time they called me to say that they could come earlier… very nice friendly, and I love the follow up …. Up until the appointment date.Even when the tech came out super nice very informative and knew what he was talking about. Gave me a couple of options now I just have to make the best decision. His name was Colin.he was great, it been a long time since I received guest service like this!!!

Easy to setup appointment. They confirmed via text the day before and even called when they were headed to the house. Arrived in the window of time and were courteous, professional and quick. In and out with our A/C serviced in no time. Will use in the future.

Nathan was fantastic today. Honest about my issues and the need for replacement, but willing to help if we weren't quite ready to replace. Financing option was easy process and we are excited about our new system coming.

My ac went out I do have health problems and I was concerned that it would take a long time before they could fix my air conditioner. They told me that they would have to come the next day in the evening time but they came eight hours earlier and fix it, and it’s working wonderfully now. Thank you so much JD for fixing my problems.

JD’s helped us in the time of an area disaster. When had 10 people staying at the house. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed. The technician performed the repairs and everything worked. Amazing customer service from the first phone call to the work being completed. I highly recommend JD’s.

Awesome technicians, friendly staff and personnel. Always dependable, they arrive when they say they will. Fellas took their boots off before they entered our home! 😊We have never had a complaint about any service or person from JDs. We would highly recommend this business!!

My A/C went out and I had relatives arriving the next day. They were able to get the parts needed and came out the same day I called. They had the system up and working all in one day. I really appreciate their sincere concern for my situation and willingness to insure the A/C was working properly for families arrival.
