Excellent service and response time!!! I called another company on a Thursday, and they said they would not be able to service my AC until Monday. I called Napps and explain what was going on with my AC, and I was told that someone would be there this afternoon, or in the morning. Within an hour, a technician called me and said they were on my way to my house. The technician did a great job of troubleshooting the problem. He was able to get my AC working within two hours. He did a great job of explaining to me what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. I was really impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I will be sure to do business with Napps in the future, and I will refer them to everyone, I know. I am truly satisfied with their service!

Nothing about this engagement went wrong. They were a day later than estimated but it is the middle of a hot summer and my issue was not critical, so completely OK. David was professional, called ahed and did a few more things than originally scheduled to do. very pleased and will call again. Very soon as a matter of fact as I have a project I need some AC and Plumbing help with.

Hello Everyone , today 3/24/23 my AC was serviced by a technician named JD, he did such a spectacular job , he had to replace a couple of parts . He explained everything he was doing and why , he was very respectful , courteous, friendly and very professional. In the 18yrs I’ve been at these apartments, known as The Ranch now , he’s by far the best tech I have ever met .Napps are VERY lucky to have him , he’s a great asset for the company, and thinks that he’ll be with y’all a long time , because he seems to enjoy what he does , so please treat him well , because he’s one of the good ones . Thank you again JD , for all your help .

Very nice young man gave me a lot of information about what needed to be repaired and replace. He went into specific details about combining a partial new unit with my old until and that I have a leak inside as well as the outside until. He was very helpful in so many ways. We found all the Napps' personnel to be professional, informative, and personable. While we waited for our new unit, we were supplied with two small units to keep us reasonably comfortable until our new unit could be installed. Our new unit was installed quickly and we are enjoying the comfort of our new Bryant system. Thank you, Napps!

This is the third time we’ve used Napps in the last two years. As always, they let us know when they were on the way. Bobby and Justin came right in and got our old dead garbage disposal changed out efficiently. I forgot to remove everything under the sink, but they just moved it and put it all back when they were finished. Sorry guys. They never tried to upsell me something I didn’t want and didn’t ask for. They were in and out quickly. Excellent service as always. We live in an old house and we will always use them for service. Bonus points: they even marked out the credit card information on the receipt for discretion and safety/security.
