Awesome!! They are honest on time and reliable. I will use them for all of my heating and AC needs going forward. They explained everything in great detail and sent a picture of the technician that was on the way as well as pictures of what the problem was. Finally, a great locally owned company that is fair and honest in their pricing.

John did an amazing job on an estimate for one of my clients. He was very professional and led us in the right direction. I would highly recommend John and airserv to anyone with HVAC or plumbing needs.

Needed my thermostat moved
It was in a bad location. Instead of moving the entire unit. Instead they saved monet and replaced it with a smart thermostat with a moveable sensor! Now my house is cool without the unit running for 3hrs at a time. Jeff was super nice and knowledgeable!! Will stick with aire serve from now on!!

I was having trouble with my heating system and could not find anyone who would come to my house on a Friday. After several calls; I called Aire Serv and they were able to make room for me that afternoon. My system is 23 years old and in poor shape. My house is a lot older. After speaking with James, the owner, about my issues; I decided to replace the unit along with my 14 year old A/C unit. They were able to do the install the next day on a Saturday so we would have heat over the weekend. I had a couple of issues with my house being older and my unit being 23 years old. The following Tuesday, Ross and John came back out and made sure everything was perfect. Lora, the office manager, stayed in constant contact with me throughout the quick process and coordinated the scheduling seemlessly. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Lubbock as James and his team are true professionals. Thank you all for updating my systems. Absolutely love it!

The staff I interacted with were courteous and professional and they handled the issue efficiently.

However, I do feel they are over-priced. I have never paid a diagnostic fee on top of the parts and labor when everything occurred within the same appointment. I was also never told anything about the diagnostic fee or how much it would be until it was on my invoice.

They were able to fit us in quickly which I appreciate because my tenant was sitting in a 93 degree house. However, I do not plan on using them again because I do not trust their pricing just based off of previous HVAC services I've received from other companies.

As stated above I have no issues with the people just the policies/procedure/pricing.

Friendly, helpful and got my Ac going after a electrical issue maybe from lightning!! Jeff was very kind, knowledgeable and nice.

Just came in very professional got the job done he was in and out of this location very quick he didn't treat me like I was just another dollar actually had conversation. Great job y'all

Great tech everything is so much better air flow and dryer vent working good. I will recommend them.

We have been using Aire Serv for about a year now. We have 17 HVAC units on our campus. They do maintenance and inspection twice per year and are quick to respond when we have an issue. James and his crew are very knowledgeable and do great work. Customer service is top notch.
