Always a pleasant experience with Armstrong Mechanical. From the first contact to the final good bye, the staff is courteous and professional. I always request Ron Murdock because he is incredibly knowledgeable, and just a super nice guy. Ron always gets my system up and running, even when rats chew up all the wires in the outside condensing unit. Thank you Ron, and thank you Armstrong.

I don't know what to say but to thank you David and the rest of the crew really did a fantastic job. It really shows how much you care and valued your customers and also the quality of the work y'all did was amazingly good and in Professional level. Continue to do the good work! God bless y'all !!

Ron is always great at being knowledgeable and prompt with fixes. Our thermostat broke, and he was able to get us a temp one while a new one came in so nothing was a pain.

Calling in is always super fast and easy too, even on weekends. Seriously, amazing customer service.

They were on time and were very professional doing the scheduled maintenance on the air conditioners that are under contract with them. We have used them for years. He also adjusted the shower light that was not closing tightly. He adjusted the soap dispenser by the kitchen faucet.

Overall experience was outstanding from making the appointment, to Manny’s punctuality, and quick work. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely be using again

Oscar was very professional and fixed our clogged pipe very quickly! I was actually not scheduled until the next day, but they were able to get me in the same day I called!

I would prefer that the technician wear feet covering on their boots when they enter the house. I would have liked to have known they were running late with a cursory call. I was told I was going to be the first appointment after lunch. After lunch is 12:30 not getting here at 2:00. He also needs to travel with multiple filters so that he doesn't have to go pick a replacement filter at the store and return.

My technician was on top of things. He got old water heater drained while going to pick up new one and had it installed and working in short order. We have used Armstrong for years and always get quick reliable service with a smile!

Great company! They were responsive, reliable, and affordable. We had a clogged drain and they cleaned it out in no time. I would definitely use them again!
