Our ac kept freezing. EGS was so helpful and prompt. They told us our options and we decided to replace the unit. They came out within a couple days with the new unit and completely set it up. I feel confident in their work and know I can call with any questions or concerns and get a quick response. They were so respectful and helpful throughout the entire process.

EGS contacted me right away after my inquiry and came to my house first thing the next day. They were kind and professional and honest about what was going on with my system. Of course my AC went out the Friday before Memorial Day. I was able to get a hold of Raul with EGS Heating and Air. They came the next morning on a Holiday Weekend on a Saturday and had my AC up and going. They never charge an after hours fee. Cost me only $85. Great job. They were professional and very funny as well. I will put them on speed dial now!
