Jason and his helper did a 5-star job replacing a 130' sewer line. The workmanship was flawless as well as timely and they worked with the city effectively. The clean-up and trench backfill went well with no complaints. I would recommend these fellows any day knowing that they take pride in what they do and don't mind doing a days work... The price was reasonable as well...

I called JD’s at 9:41am and someone was at my door within an hour! I received a text beforehand letting me know that our service tech was on his way, which is awesome to get a heads up. Jarron was very professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to show me where the issue was and explained what he was going to repair. I truly appreciate how this company takes care of their veterans. I want to thank Jarron again for getting things up and running so quickly. I highly recommend JD’s prompt plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. Our only go to company from now on!!!!

These guys are great! Came out when a pipe burst in the wall... were there within an hour and got it fixed! Isaiah came out and knew exactly what to do Thank you jds Plumbing! Def will be recommending to others !!

We had plubmer Isaiah Mitchell come in as soon as we told him about us having trouble with our plumbing. He did an amazing job, and even on the circumstances of being outside in very hot weather. Isaiah fixed our problem really quick, I would recommend him!

Will, with JD's Prompt Plumbing came and roto rooted all of our drains and checked them on the inside and made sure everything was running smooth. He offered suggestions and products that are good to keep the drain clear. We appreciate his excellent service! We highly recommend!

JD’s had serviced our home air conditioner for the past 2 years. Bubby is who comes to help us and he is always quick and efficient. Their work and staff is dependable and trustworthy. They get the job done well and advise us on what air filters to use and other ways to conserve energy and maintain a well-working unit. We highly recommend JD’s to everyone!

I DO NOT recommend this company and will NEVER use them again. We called with ac/heater issues. The first time, Jarin came out, stayed 15 minutes, stated we tripped our breaker and to call if problem persisted. Called back the following Monday. Jarin came back, and I tried again to explain what the system was doing. He didn’t really listen too much to what I had to say. He checked outside and inside. Said I think it’s your compressor, and will have to order part. Two days later he called to state the part was in. I tried to ask questions regarding what made him think the compressor was out because I had my doubts. He was short and clearly irritated that I dared to question him. Our system wasn’t really showing clear signs of the compressor going out except for a tripped breaker ONE time…which isn’t definitive. However, I decided to trust him. Two days later, a different gentlemen came to install the compressor. Total cost was $1500 (labor and freon). Part was still under warranty. Over the weekend same problem persisted. Newly installed compressor made zero difference. Called yet again and requested different technician who came to evaluate and within 2 minutes stated our coils were dirty and needed attention. Quoted us $1900 to deal with this issue. (Crazy thing is, my husband questioned/suggested this to Jarin as the possible culprit the first time Jarin came to the house! He wouldn’t listen.)
My husband called and spoke with J.D. about the additional quote and his frustration, as we had just spent $1500 on a compressor that didn’t fix the issue. J.D. refused to even consider the possibility that they could have been incorrect in the initial diagnosis about the compressor. Just argued with my husband instead. Had he just listened and attempted to make the situation right, offered an apology for the frustration or the fact they didn’t get it fixed the first time…really ANY type of customer service, the situation could have been much different. Could both of these very expensive repairs been needed at the exact same time? Possibly. But not likely. It comes down to money with this company. They do not care how they treat their customers. ZERO customer service or professionalism. They are right. Period.
Luckily, a friend found someone else to take care of the coil issue for us at a fraction of JD’s inflated quote. My piece of advice, stay far away from this company, or you will likely regret it!
