Plumbing Service Company Inc - HVAC | Lubbock, TX

I met Dusty about 12 years ago. Over the years I have had to replace entire HVAC, faucets, water lines and snake lines multiple times (old house). Today is Sunday, Valentine's. We came home and heater was out (7 degrees outside). I called and he was here quickly and got us up and running in minutes. Plumbing Service has always been this way. Prompt, courteous, reasonable and cleans up. There's no one else I would trust/call for any plumbing/HVAC service.

Dusty was on time, extremely professional, and honest with pricing and what we were facing due to finding bad lines in our home. He is extremely knowledgeable and does not nickel and dime his clients. We will continue to use him in the future and recommend him to anyone in need of a plumbing company.

Dusty has helped me out on numerous occasions. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Fair on pricing. Responds quickly. He will always be the one I call on with any plumbing , heating, or air conditioning problems. Highly recommend calling Dusty if you need him.

Called on a Sunday to have a clog fixed. The first time I called they were very sweet and attentive on the phone and said they would have someone out right away. 3 1/2 later I called to inquire about an ETA and a gentleman answered and said “Oh we won’t be able to come out today ma’am”. I said that this was not what the first gentleman had said, and he said “well one technician is out of town, one lives in Levelland and had all of the gear, but can’t do it today.” I asked why they couldn’t call and tell me that this couldn’t be done today, and they said “well the guy you talked to first wanted me to do it, but I’m watching my kid and can’t come.” I said I understand but that I could have been working on getting another company out to fix the problem. He said “I’m not sure ma’am, if you notice I answered the phone and not the other guy, he didn’t tell me that you weren’t notified.” I just really don’t understand the lack of communication? I understand not being able to do the job, but why not say that? I see that there are several 5 start ratings, and that’s promising, and maybe I just had the bad experience, but this company really needs to work on their communication skills. If I could I would have given them zero stars ⭐️

Ron did a fantastic job—very professional and quick! Our hot water heater went out two days after Christmas, and they came to the rescue! Will do business with them again.

All the guys here are great and they're always able to help you quickly, efficiently, and make sure you understand the problems. I never feel hassled or pressured with them and absolutely trust their work. I've only ever used them and will continue to do so. They're my "men of the house" and never mind addressing my list I usually have ready for them when I call them out!

Arrived at specified time technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, and did a good job at a fair price. I would use Plumbing Service Company Inc again and would recommend them if you need service.

Dusty and his partner (I did not catch his name unfortunately) where very professional, very friendly and extremely helpful. They fixed my issue quickly, I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

I can't tell you how impressed I am with plumbing service company. Not only did they show up on time they quickly diagnosed my issue and fixed it. They had no issues crawling under my 70 year old house to do it either. I use them for all my plumbing and AC problems now.
