Our AC unit broke at the beginning of the Texas summer. I was so thankful that Wilkins Air was able to get one of their guys out the same day and arrived on time. They fixed the issues fast and had our AC working in no time. Everyone I talked with was very professional and polite. We are very satisfied with Wilkins Air and would definitely recommend to others in the Lubbock area.

Wilkins installed a brand new AC Unit for me in June 2021. In June 2022, our nest thermostat had an error message saying wiring was wrong and needed to be checked. We had since bought a home warranty through Earls, who is amazing by the way, and called them to come take a look. They said that whoever installed it, installed the wiring incorrectly. Everyone is human, not a big deal. However, I now I owe earls $85 to fix this mistake. So I called the owner or manager over at Wilkins and let him know that the unit wasn’t installed properly and that I think it would be fair for them to cover the $85 fee I owe to Earls. He stated that he didn’t feel “comfortable” with that and that their labor only comes with a one year warranty anyways. I then pulled the dates of service from Earls in 2022 and Wilkins in 2021 and informed him that it was under a year. He then stated that he was still not going to pay the fee to Earls and said “Sorry, I don’t know what to tell ya.” Customer service these days is the absolute worst. No one runs their business honorably. If your business made a mistake, you fix it, simply to make your customer happy if nothing else. Not to mention having an honest business where you make things right when you screw up. Bottom line… go with Earls. They’re the most honest, responsive, knowledgeable HVAC/Plumbing company in Lubbock. Thanks Wilkins. Hope $85 was worth getting a bad review…

Amazing experience with Wilkins Air Care. Referred to them via our home warranty company. They called immediately after placing my work order and scheduled service within 3hrs. Received a call saying their technician was on their way giving me plenty of time to meet them at home. Met with Paul Wilkins on-site who began diagnosing my heating issue.
Paul located the needed control board in town for my HVAC system and had our heat restored within a matter of 2hrs. Very pleased with service from Wilkins Air Care and would use again and recommend.

We have used WIlkins for several years. Always punctual and professional. We have an old unit and they tells us exactly what we need and what we do not. They even repaired work done by another company. I have checked prices against competitors and Wilkins is either similar or better. Definitely recommend!!

Terrible service, I had them come out to fix my airconditioner back in November apparently they didn't fix the issue because a week ago had to have them come fix the same problem. So I've paid twice for the same thing. Then they said they would bring me an air filter and never did. on top of it the owner is VERY rude and obviously doesn't care about the satisfaction of his customers. I'm a new home owner and feel completely taken advantage of. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Tech didn't have any knowledge of his job and seemed in a rush. The tech told me and my wife that the reason it was so hot in our home was because the outside heat...Well called a more qualified company and come to find out the compressor on our unit is going out...What a joke! I payed the tech an extra 100.00 dollars to, as he said go clean the unit so the air flow would be more efficient and it seemed it made it worse. I would never recommend these people especially after they sent out another tech who said the samething as the first tech....These people aren't educated on their jobs and their stealing people's hard earned money. So stay far away from these people as they clearly have no knowledge of air care...Wilkins Air Care id like my 100.00 dollars back that your tech took from me and simply washed out the unit....Oh and FYI check your techs guages because clearly there guages aren't reading right!I'm so happy we never have to deal with u again...

The air conditioning stopped working Saturday afternoon. Saturday night I notified the home insurance company that operates 24/7. Service was scheduled within two days of the next business day. Then Sunday morning, the owner himself called and said that he could come immediately if I were home. Within 20 minutes the problem was detected and repaired. Now, Sunday afternoon, my house is cool again.

Charged my home warranty company (which I had to pay) $75 to dust the air filter. Paul told my husband he was not going to submit the ticket so we would not be charged the$75...WELL HE LIED AND DID SUBMIT THE TICKET. Have not heard from him since!

They were prompt and very professional. Came to house and fixed my AC in brownfield at a moments notice. I will never use anyone else for my AC needs and they also work with your home repair insurance.
