Giarry's Heating & Air Conditioning were very quick to respond to any and all of my follow-up questions I had before deciding on which company to go with. I loved that I never felt pressure to go with them. They were quick to come out and do the install and were done by the end of that day. Professional and courteous. John was able to diagnose and treat both a/c units and teach me the basics of the system. He arrived promptly, and was very friendly to work with.

We had a technician come out to look at our furnace and air conditioning unit that were in need of tune up. He was very knowledgeable about the pieces we already had in place as well as units we had done some research on previously. The quote process was extremely fast and helped very much in our decision making. We would look forward to working with him again if the situation arises. Andy and his team installed an energy efficient new AC unit and gas furnace for me last summer. As we were discussing my options, Andy was very patient and explained everything to my satisfaction. The units have worked like a dream. Andy has been very responsive to help me learn the new system and to get the maximum use from it.

Greg was my technician that serviced my system. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He arrived at the time he told me. He went right to work. He was very polite and courteous while working. He was very patient and answered all of my questions until I had a clear understanding of what was being done. I would recommend Giarry's Heating & Air Conditioning for future .

Have had both heating issues and AC issues. Each time I called, I got an appointment the same day, they send a text as to the expected time range that the technician should arrive, and then a text when the technician is en route. Greg has been the technician each time, and he's always been on time, professional and a good guy to work with. Last issue turned out to be an electrical issue, not an issue with HVAC equipment, and they didn't charge for the visit. I will use them again

My 5 stars go to the technicians. They were wonderful. However the office gets a 3 star from me for lack of communication. They rerouted my tech to the office after telling me he would be here in 30 minutes and never notified me. I waited almost 2 hours wondering if I had been forgotten. I will use Giarry's Heating & Air Conditioning again. I just hope this review is read and they will be more respectful of people's time.

Tom from this firm arrived at the scheduled time, called ahead and texted a photo of himself before his arrival. The scheduler was friendly and helpful also. I would highly recommend Sheffield Heating & Cooling company.

Initially the phone consultant was very personable and was pushing the 99 yearly retainer for HVAC service l. He gave me a time from 2-5. Stated that I would be notified 30 minutes prior to arrival time. At 4:30, I didn’t receive a call. Then I decided to call back and then I was told , their were no technicians to come out. So I had no air and my money was taken from my card. I requested a refund and then I’m told I have to wait 4-6 business days for a return. This is poor business practices and I’m definitely taken aback by the type of businesss ethics they practice. Buyer beware!!!!!

My wife and I opted for Giarry's Heating & Air Conditioning for air conditioning services. Greg who was the technician thoroughly checked our old Air Conditioning system. He cleaned both the section containing our indoor air filter and also the outside unit. He confirmed problems with the run capacitor and recommended replacement to prevent the potential problems with the motor and compressor units. We didn't hesitate to authorize replacement of that parts from the trusted Giarry's Heating & Air Conditioning company. Greg did not automatically push for replacement of our air conditioner due to its old age and felt better after she advised us our system is still operational. Greg did a wonderful job and we would recommend her for you too.
