All About Air

I have used All About Air for every home I’ve had for the last 20 years. I have had repairs and replacements and maintenance and service work done. I have never been disappointed. They have always been fast, reliable, respectful, courteous, and helpful. Recently I have had one of my units in my house decide it is too old to keep up with the Texas heat. Again, All About Air came through for me. Getting me another affordable unit and installing it in a timely manner to keep me cool. I flat cannot say enough about this company and its employees. May God continue to bless them and shine his favor upon them.

My husband and dad told me that Marshall was incredibly knowledgeable, considerate, and kind. He was thorough and answered every question they had with patience. My husband is a first responder and my dad is a veteran and retired first responder, they deserve good service and Marshall provided an exceptional experience. They were both very happy. Working with this company is a great experience! Jason came out to diagnose the issues we were having. Brandon sent a bid with several options and each was explained. We chose the most efficient option.

Service Technician Michael was on time and helped me understand the problems with my ancient air conditioner unit and what actions we could take to get my A/C up and running again.
He was able to get me an estimate immediately after diagnosing. The estimate was substantially lower than others I received from other companies.
Michael made this an easy and enjoyable process.

Jason was very informative he told us to prepare to replace our Air conditioning unit it is old and looked like it was run without filters. We just moved in 2 weeks ago. The capacitor went out he fixed it and told us we need to clean the coils and hope for the best. He is great thank you Jason.

On the day our service was scheduled, Marshall called and told me he could be at our house in 40 minutes and asked if that would be okay. I said yes. Our doorbell rang 40 minutes later, and there stood Marshall! Very polite, very proficient and knowledgeable, very informative about what he was going to do and about how long it would take him to complete the job. He worked outside at the unit, inside at the thermostat and up in the attic. He finished the tasks and gave us a thorough and understandable explanation of what he had done and why, asked if we had any questions and left us with a printed report of the service call and the results. Wow. Excellent service and consistent with our experience over the seven years we’ve been with All About Air.

June 17 - 19th, my central air quit cooling and condensation line was plugged. Water flooded my living room and I had no choice but to turn my unit off during 104 dg temperatures. I tried contacting my home warranty company and they said it would be Thursday before their service contractor could come. I told them don't bother!!! After recalling seeing a nice truck pass by my house, I called All About Air. Brandon was so gracious and came within 20 minutes, serviced my unit and got cold air moving. I recommend this Christian based company highly and am so grateful for their high standards and quality work. Thank you All About Air!

They came out within an hour of my call! Michael was awesome and made sure our heater was fixed quickly so my family was back to being comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that we understood not just what happened to cause the issue but also so we could know all about our units and how to keep them running well.

I had a great experience with Chris, he was very helpful, provided pictures of the problem and helped with tips to help with maintenance in the future! I will definitely use their services again! I have recommended to a neighbor already and appreciate the great service!

We could not understand what had gone wrong with our AC compressor. The unit was only 1-year old but had stopped working. Chris with All About Air showed up and took one quick look and knew what the problem was. Ants had invaded the compressor electronics. In about 30 minutes he had fixed the problem and everything was working properly again. He inspected the unit and measured the temperatures and deemed the AC was now working perfectly. I was truly impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Chris.
