Technician Walter Pinckney came out and wasn't wearing a uniform and looked very unprofessional, said he looked at my AC unit, he did go onto the roof however he didn't have the proper ladder to start with an took an unnecessary safety risk by putting the ladder between the ridges of the pickup truck bed, it could have slid and killed him at any moment, the ladder was much to small to access the roof.If he would have fell off that ladder it would have opened me up to a lawsuit easy. Then he informed me that the AC unit was good and it must be a building electrical problem because he isolated the breaker from the AC unit, which he did not, he was only at the breaker box for less then a minute and he never disconnected the breaker or wires coming from it. And he didn't have power to isolated it on the roof because the compressor was causing the breaker to trip so the line was never energize while he was on the roof. He didn't have the proper tools to determine if the compressor is bad. He said he replace the capacitor starter pack, he had one in the back of his truck I'm not sure if it came off of my unit or not.. I wouldn't recommend using this company AT ALL!!! Spend the $250 wisely Mr. Pinckney
Update: It appears Mr Walter Pinckney is operating without a license in his name. The license for this company is in Walter Douglas Baker's name. LIC# TACLA88674R.
Will be checking to see if that is legal in the State Of Texas. I know why he couldn't get a license in his name, Multiple reason why.

We have a large adoptive family with several children that are differently abled. Our heater/air conditioner had gone out just as a cold front is moving in. Our system was at least 15 years old and there was no nursing it back to health this time. They came in today, in the pouring rain. They worked hard all day to insure we had a working heater. They were professional and kind. We highly recommend using them.

I recently took advantage of the winter maintenance checkup and everything is still in tip top condition. I highly recommend Superiair for all your heating and AC needs.
