It was almost getting dark and a fairly cols day. However the technician stayed long enough to do the repair on the heater controller board. Very professional. After the repair, he mentioned about a problem with the water heater and gave me several tips for fixing. Thanks.
Well I used this company again within a month, the gentleman Levi Martinez did an excellent job by identifying the issue and and performing a lengthy service to have the heating system up and running on an exceptionally cold day. Thanks again.

Nathan had been very informative and available! He takes his time and doesn’t feed the customer bull. He thoroughly looks at the inside and outside AC units and will advise honestly what he sees and what his devices have found while completing diagnostics. Way to go 72degrees, I finally feel like my warranty company has sent a true honest company to my house to help us with out AC units in a desperate time of need.

Well, when we contracted them for an AC Service we were told they would be out next day between 11-3 ... they never showed, so I called the tech about 6 and left a VM. Called again about 15 min later and he NOW had his phone off. Called the owner, he said he would try to get ahold of him. So they FINALLY contacted us back the following day about 10am saying he would be here later. NO time frame. Showed up about 4 ... took him 5 min to fix. .. but 2 days to show up. I understand if your busy due to volume. Just don't set a time and then don't contact us when you are running behind. Just a customer service thing.

Nathan, lied to my home warranty company so they decided not to fix my ac unit. Nathan told choice home warranty my ac had been leaking for four years and my ac unit was 16lbs low on freon and the unit only holds 13lbs . Nathan then calls me back a week later trying to get me to let him do the work on my unit I said no and let him know why. I then purchased a new unit from another company and had it Installed stay away from 72 degrees .

My warranty company assigned 72degees to fix a leak with the hvac in my attic. They were supposed to come 2 days after they were assigned but I called them a day before they were scheduled because my ceiling started getting damp. Nathan was kind enough to make time on his schedule and come the same day. He was nothing but polite and professional. He took care of the problem promptly. I certainly recommend 72 degrees to anyone who is looking for a referral.

So I originally reported my AC issue with my warranty company & they sent a guy out from this company like the next day (reported on Sunday & somebody was dispatched Monday). The guy was late, & when we got there well after the time frame. He barely looked at anything thing, rushed it then left (can’t even remember his name). A couple of days later the issue was still there. I was irritated & did a follow up. Told my warranty company that the guy was late, that nobody called & the dude wasn’t pleasant & my AC was still jacked.
Today they scheduled another guy from same company to come out. They were a little late, but the company called let me know about an hour before the time frame. The lady was nice & cordial. Bout an hour later the Tech Nathan called. Said he was on his way. Asked me my issue, let me explain everything that happened, told me what he could do & that he would take care of me. He got there, looked at everything, was very nice & understanding. He explained everything in laymen’s terms that could be the issue; went to his truck came back, fixed what he thought to be the issue. I said all this to say, give Nathan a raise lol. He definitely displayed great customer service & fixed the issue within minutes. Now this is day one, but I have been having this issue for so long & today is the first time in months that I didn’t. Kudos & I would definitely recommend!

These guys are awesome, I havent had air in 2 weeks and i was let down by a couple of contractors before them, they were very compassionate to my situation. They came out on a Saturday and had everything they needed to finish replacing my airhandler. The guys worked well together and were very informational and helpful, they protected my flooring and cleaned up their mess. They communicated and most importantly THEY KEPT THEIR WORD! They will definitely be who I call going forward! Thank you guys.

72 Degrees has taken care of our personal property and rental homes. They are very quick to respond and affordable. It's hard to find someone you can trust with such a high ticket item. Sometimes it's not high ticket and it's just a service call. They do it all. I highly suggest giving them a call. They are local company with years of service in Dallas/Fort Worth. I have suggested them to many friends. I wouldn't do that if I didn't trust them. I just had a brand new unit installed this month. Working great! They even called to follow up and see how it was going. That is service!

After reading the only review on google I got worried ,,, Boy that one missed the or was writing about someone else. Nathan was the same person I meet with today in regards to an HVAC problem that started last Saturday. My warranty company (the same as the other google review) He called and text or emailed several times before he arrived .I had I had informed him I was disabled and knock loudly incase I don't here him from upstairs ..The problem unit was down stairs. It took Nathan all of 20-25 minutes to track down the problem ,He had the replacement part on the truck installed it and within 15 minutes it was obvious it was COOLING again. He was polite at all times and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why... rare find in the HVAC .. Yes he said they were a small company but try to treat everyone FAIR.. I would have to agree. I was treated fair and with respect... (Some small companies make it and it looks like your on your way.. BEST OF LUCK and THANK YOU,
