I just had the most wonderful customer service experience!!! We have gotten the run around for almost a year now with so many AC repair services so today I call McWilliams & sons. It’s Memorial Day but thank God they were open. They came out and turns out, what the other AC companies were telling us wasn’t even the problem. Jesse, came in took pics and showed us what was going on, answered all of our questions and within 2 hours everything was fixed and my house is cooling perfectly. I will recommend them highly!! We're highly satisfied with this team! I met Octavio at the McWilliams and Son tent at The Texas Blueberry Festival, and he had me convinced that I needed to call for service on my A/C right away. We called two days later to get an appointment, and it was Octavio who showed up the same day! He was friendly and courteous from the beginning. It was not an easy task, but they both provided great service and workmanship, and their tremendous customer service, and the final result is the job ended up coming in at about half the original estimate, and our home is still on schedule for closing later this month!
