Gary has repaired and worked on my heat pump before and has now replaced it after the tornado damaged it and he always does an excellent job! He is courteous, reliable, professional, and knowledgeable!
The office personnel are always friendly, helpful and courteous!

Gary fixed my air conditioner yesterday and was very nice. I’m a first time homeowner still learning about home maintenance and Gary gave me some good tips on basic a/c care. They also fixed a busted pipe for me during the snowstorm last year. I will definitely call again, thank you!

Our A/C froze up so we had to turn it off to thaw out. I called first thing the next morning and a technician was at our home within an hour. Found the problem and fixed it fairly quickly.

Absolutely the best!! My mom has used Industrial Air for years for air conditioning service. They have always given the best service. She is 87 yrs old and they understand the needs of the elderly and give prompt attention. She is very happy with the friendly, courteous customer service. They know how to treat people 🙂

Appreciated him coming very much. I was wondering if this is supposed to run all of the time?? I’ve been really sick & uts been cooling but I don’t think it has cut off yet, which couldn’t be right . I hv to try & go to work in the morning.

They came out late and we’re very efficient great customer service and quality work! I had cold air within in hour and he knew exactly what was wrong! Great pricing even with after hours service charge! I would definitely recommend this company

Our heater quit Friday night. It was after hours and we thought there was little hope of getting it fixed before Monday. We called Industrial Air anyway and got the emergency number and left our information. In just a few minutes we got a call back that said someone would be out. In less than 20 minutes a tech arrived, diagnosed the problem and said it was the motor. He had one in his truck, took out the old one, installed the new one, checked everything out and we had heat in an hour. In spite of the cold and late hour, Cody was cheerful, efficient and professional and we really appreciate both Cody and Industrial Air!!
