Super fast, super friendly! Came out quicker than expected. Bill, our tech, Had the Condensor replaced in no time. Checked everything else over and put in the new air filter we had just purchased the week before and hadn't gotten around to replacing. Answered all my questions, and explained everything very thoroughly. Will definitely be signing up for service contract next time we're due for routine maintenance and probably have them give us a quote and do an install for adding a dual zone in our house. Highly recommend!!

We had our 2nd and 3rd HVAC systems replaced by Climate Express. The process has be great every time. Their prices are fair and they share all the information you need to make an informed decision. The install teams are great. Professional, polite, clean and efficient. Emily was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

When I called them to set up the appointment the staff was very nice and professional. Then I get the call that they are 30 minutes away and Steven from Seguin showed up right on time! Stephen Loewen is an outstanding tech that worked to quickly identify a thermostat issue and promptly replaced it with a warranty thermostat for us! We got on their schedule and done within 24 hours! And as a maintenance customer, we get a discount. Great company, people and service!

Stephen Loewen has assisted us twice and is the best! He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why, as well as how to best care for your system. You can tell he genuinely cares and does exceptional quality work!

I had a bad experience with a very good technician. I felt I didn't get what was promised on my maintenance service. I called the office and everyone was nice and responsive. They sent a different technician out and he corrected the issue. I dont judge companies for making mistakes i judge companies based on the response when made aware of the issue. Climate Express stood behind their promises. I'm a pleased customer. I appreciate the great service and response when the service was not rendered. I will continue using this company.

I have a very old model A/C system and my cooling coil went out. A replacement was ordered and with a bit of holiday delay, arrived today. The new unit was installed and in testing it was discovered to have a defective part. My technicians did not give up but were able to obtain a new part and get my system up and running again. Throughout the process, the technician kept me updated on any problems and progress. When it is time to eventually replace my A/C system, Climate Express will be my company.

We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Climate Express, and the entire process from initial sales call through installation was outstanding. The install team arrived on time at 9:00 am and the installation was complete by 3:30 pm the same day. This included removal of the old system, installation of the new one, testing and adjusting the system and showing us how to program and use the thermostat. The team members periodically explained what they were doing and kept us informed of their progress.

Just had a great experience with Climate Express. Called this this morning when we realized heat was not working and it was 61 degrees in the house. They were so nice on the initial and gave me a suggestion to try with our heat pump that we didn't know about. That didn't work so we called back to have a technician come out. Great communication through out and the tech arrived early. SUPER professional and friendly tech and two hours later we have heat again! Would not hesitate to recommend them if you are in need of HVAC help!

Stephen Loewen did spring maintenance today. He is always friendly and professional. He clearly explains what he is doing all thru his service visit. He also installed a Blu-QR UV Stick Light. Jennifer in the office, kept me advised of his arrival and scheduling a follow-up visit.

On his follow-up visit, Stephen cleaned some microbial growth in the air handler. (See before and after photos) The new Blu-QR UV Light will now inhibit most of any future microbial growth, and purify the air.
