Our a/c went out Tues night and they came out the next day. Taylor diagnosed the issue in under an hour, explained it was a bigger issue than expected and let me know he had a free more service calls but would return later. At 730pm I assumed I’d see him the next day but he came back with the part needed! He would had it fixed but the fan blade was stuck and he had to take it to the shop to get the blade off. He fixed it by 11am after making his morning calls to stay on schedule. They were professional, explained everything to me, quick and kept their word even though he had to come back after hours. It was a little expensive but it was a bigger problem, we have cold air now. Thank you for being prompt!! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a/c repair.

Technicians that showed up were very friendly. They listened to my description of the problem, offered most likely reasons for it, discussed alternate reasons and possible solutions starting with the easiest and then got straight to work. They had the problem fixed in just under an hour and so far the problem hasn’t reappeared. I am VERY happy overall and wouldn’t hesitate to call again. I can offer no opinion on price as it was well within what I was comfortable paying not to have to deal with the problem myself. 🤷‍♂️

Joey and his team Dillion and Jamie came to relocate outside water faucet. They were so helpful and gave us a great solution to our issue. They were so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We will use them again and will recommend City Plumbing to all our friends and family. Thank you

Do not hire this company under any circumstances.

We had a toilet installed by another party 3 years ago that ended up having problems and had City Plumbing out to fix it 2 years ago. They claimed it was fixed and everything was great. It was, until last year we had the exact same problem.

Last year, the plumber that came out said the install was the problem and claimed it was all fixed and good to go.

We had city plumbing out again this year and wouldn't you know it, he said the install was wrong despite his company doing the previous repair.

Only this time, the plumber came up with all kinds of reasons we would be having this issue and he'd have to run a camera down our line after removing the toilet. BUT!!! It would cost us $500 to run a camera down our line unless we had cash on hand and he could then do it for $300. Any service city plumbing offered, he could do it for cheaper if we had cash on hand.

He removed our toilet, tried to scam us out of cash on hand and re-installed our toilet so now it doesn't sit flush against the floor and rocks when you sit on it.

Hire these guys if you want scam artists coming to get as much cash as they can, not fixing the problem and then making it worse.

I hired City Plumbing in Odessa to fix a toilet not flushing properly. They fixed the flushing problem but created a new leak when they were done. They told me the leak was because the pipe coming out of the wall was crooked and I needed to tear out the wall to fix even though it was not leaking when they started. I called the City Plumbing office and they confirmed the assessment. I hired Four Seasons plumbing for a second opinion. Four Seasons Plumbing fixed the leak that City Plumbing created and could not fix.

Told lady on the phone what needed to be repaired and replaced new kitchen sink baskets. Guys showed up, then left I guess to go get parts. Returned repaired drain pipe that had a hole in it. They didn’t know about replacing the baskets. In my opinion was overcharged but what do you do. After they left turned on kitchen faucet and everything they touched leaked. Ended up having to tighten all of the fittings they used. Was not very happy. We usually have great luck but this time not so much.

This is not the first time using City Plumbing and they came in and assessed the issue, recommended the repairs needed, and also advised of potential issues that could arise after starting the job si that I would be prepared for a larger job. Great job completing repairs.

These guys arrived within the time frame they suggested. They got the job done satisfactorily. I am pleased and content. They are on my radar for similar jobs. Thanks

Taylor was good explained and replaced switch in breaker box and added cooler. It’s worked good. He did good job.

Joey took the time to discuss my issues and had his crew out on time. City saved me $3,000 over another plumbing company's solution to my problem.
