Josh and Jordan Taylor came for repairs on 2 units both units went down on the same day. 105 degrees. They focused on doing the job right explaining in detail the repairs. Hardworking men. Great job. Both units are working. I highly recommend Darville.
They are very professional and good people since getting a new AC back in 2016 we have had a wonderful system! Have only had to call them out once they were here very quickly and was some awesome guys new exactly what the problem was as soon as I told them and they had it fixed in 5 minutes! Darville has great employees and very professional I will always be with Darville!
Can't attest to the professionalism of the people actually doing the work, but the front office staff are really something. I waited over a week after being put on their "board." The date of service kept getting pushed back. First, it was Wednesday or Thursday. Then, it was Thursday or Friday. On Friday, the person I spoke with told me they would move me up the "board" and she should be able to get someone out to me either today or tomorrow.
I canceled and called a different company. The other company was able to tell me a date and time slot to expect their people to show up and they will be sending a photo of their employee 30 minutes before so I know who to expect. Seems like a better system than the Cable Company from South Park system that Darville seems to be rocking.
Had a clogged main line. Took more than one visit but Lina was sent the final trip and took the time to figure it out. She also explain how it could take more than one trip, experience works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't, which was very professional for co--workers. I love Darville and knew they would take care of it 100%.
Sandra was the lead tech and when I say she knew everything there was to know about everything I am not exaggerating. It was such a breath of fresh air to meet someone who actually knows their trade!! We didn't make it easy with the unit in the attic and very hot and she did it with a smile. I would recommend her a million times over. She is AH-MAZING!!!! Her partner was Israel, super friendly and very nice. He was also knowledgeable and will learn so much from Sandra. Sandra and Israel...the dynamic duo!! I am elated at the work done today!! Thank you so much to you both. A shout out to Angela in the office as well, what a great person. Very detailed with explanation, actually got back with me and super understanding. THANK YOU!!!
I have called the darville company twice. Once for sewer and once for water heater. Both times they came out the same day I called. They did an amazing job each time. I definitely recommend The Darville Company. They're very professional and very nice.
Got a callback from Dusty and he didn't seem like he wanted to come out. Asked what water heater I had and he said he couldn't find parts for it anyway. Tried to convince me to just get a new water heater over the phone without even attempting to look at or troubleshoot my current one. I usually use Darville but maybe I should re-assess after this experience.
-1 stars... This company will make you wish you NEVER trusted them in your home. We hired them for a simple plumbing issue, and the tech ended up flooding half our house! Our hallways, 3 bedrooms with walk-in closets, and the bathroom were completely flooded. Of course the best part is dealing with their out of town insurance company who has no knowledge of West Texas construction services/fees so the low ball you and cut a check that doesn't begin to cover the cost to restore your home the way it was before you let these crooks in. The Darville company, it's associates and their insurance company hide from you, avoid return calls, and avoid taking responsibility for the at fault case to fix what they broke, so they cut a minute check. Their insurance company even wanted us to have our home insurance help them cover the cost for their fault. Our next step is filling with the Better Business Bureau. They don't maintain the right to reck customer's homes and get away with it. Do not hire this company for any services, or you will quickly regret it.

They were able to schedule us very quickly. Dan Igo came today and provided excellent service and teaching! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. He even called me after he left to provide ideas and more teaching. Very impressed. Keep up the good work Darville!
Isaac was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. He explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. It was extremely hot and he had me up and running within 1 1/2 hours. I felt confident all would be fine. Will use and recommend Darville going forward.
