Westside Air Conditioning Heating

This company is great! They're honest, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable. I've used their services for several years and have always been very satisfied.

These guys are always knowledgeable, honest and timely with the AC repairs!

Do you like incompetence? Do you like people that will never answer the phone? Or heck do you like your house being hot every night for 3 months because after at least 5 visits to the house they still just can’t fix it. Well if you do Westside Air is the place for you! Pay a couple hundred dollars on Freon refills because they can’t figure out why it is leaking! Enjoy waiting for them to tell you what is wrong with your system for 3 weeks while you sit in your new home sauna and then get absolutely no answer as to when they may be back to fix it once they decide what they think is the problem. All of this and much more stress can all be had by using Westside Air! So if you have a home warranty like me, ask for someone else before they get involved (you can’t switch to another company unless they say they can’t fix it apparently). If you are paying out of pocket your money will be waisted.

Our AC went out in triple digit weather and they were here within an hour of contacting them. The receptionist was very sweet and kept me updated on the status of the technician. The technician was polite and got everything working again. So very very thankful we have a working AC again!

Dont ever use these people they lied about having the part. My elderly parents have been without a/c for 2 weeks the part came in 4 days ago and the company is too busy to confirm they got the right part and go install it.

Employee KJC ? was very prompt and went above and beyond, determined the problem right away and got it fixed quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Unresponsive when called back for warranty repair. No accountability after repair. Do not recommend this unprofessional “company”.
