3 weeks later...the pilot light went out. They came next day, restarted pilot light. Could just be a fluke, but they said if it happens again they'll replace the gas control module.

A week or two later. Pilot light out again. They came out the same day and replaced the gas control module as promised. Very pleased with service responsiveness.

Jorge Murillo was an awesome tech very professional and he relit the hotwater heater again. It appears to me that the brand of "Reehm" hotwater heaters are NOT ALL that they are cracked up to be. Time will tell IF it has a defect and to be honest, I am not impressed with the Reehm hotwater heater. For the price that I paid for this RHEEM hotwaterheater, it should not have malfunctioned in 3 days! I am NOT very satisfied with it at all.

I needed help with my outdoor gas lamp. Who knew that a plumber was the answer.
Once I submitted my request, Oscar V. was at my door within the hour. They assessed the problem and resolved within 30 minutes. And, wait for it, they charged me “zero” dollar’s. I’m speechless that a company will take the time to come out and correct the problem without charging. They are definitely going on my contact list! Excellent service & customer service.

JJ Duran and the scheduling crew are fantastic! I needed a new gas valve to be able to install a dryer, and they were able to get to me the same day that I called. Service was prompt and efficient, and I’m very happy with the work done by Mr. Duran, who even relit the water heater before he left. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, and I intend to use them for my next project.
