Brandon helped us with our unit not cooling. He shared all the details of the troubleshooting process and his repair (I asked a ton of questions and he was very patient with me). When he left, everything was looking good, but he reminded us if any issues reoccur to just give him a call. Good to have someone leave the home after a repair with us feeling confident and reassured.

Had two units installed back in 2020 and the bottom unit stops working when it gets too hot or too cold outside and have to constantly call them to repair which doesn't last. This past week with outside temps in the 30s and the heater dead, they've been unresponsive. They don't text or call me back and get a hold of anyone other than their 3rd party call center which says they'll forward my message to Brandon and Jason. It's been a week of this and I'm tired of my house being 50 degrees inside.

Brandon & crew did a great, professional & quick job replacing my evaporator coil while saving me some money based on a quote from a competitor! .... While he knew the price I was quoted, he beat it by $1000! Highly recommended!

Brandon came out for an emergency repair of my AC late on a nice hot summer day in 2020. My unit was 15 years old and we discussed a temp fix or full replacement. He was very helpful and thorough pricing options without being pushy. We did opt for the fix at the time which he took care of the very next day. About a year later - I got tired of doing my own emergency diagnosis and repair of the unit as it had troubles again (unrelated to Comfort Zone repair) probably another couple times in that span. I reached out to Brandon to get a replacement price updated - they were competitively and fairly priced, he identified and hooked me up with a PEC rebate, and he even offered/applied a partial credit for the replacement work he did previously even though we were technically past that window. The install team came out promptly and stayed through a long day to make sure we were up and running (shout out to Julian/Julius? - memory is a little fuzzy). The new system works great, and Brandon has been attentive and responsive for any questions that have come up since - even checking to make sure we didn’t need help customizing the thermostat. Great group of local people that I would recommend and will continue to support.

We had Brandon come out to see us. We noticed that their were problems with the unit last night, and he was able to fit us in today. Came out and diagnosed the problem to exactly what I thought it was. Professionally installed a new capacitor and performed the annual maintenance on both our units. The problem unit is 17 years old, and agreed with us that we needed to replace this before it goes completely dead.
