OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Had our heating unit go out on Dec 23rd, during the winter storm/extremely cold weather in North Texas. Temp in our house dropped overnight to 46*. Pretty scary when you have a newborn in the house. Cold weather in the area and it's the day before Christmas Eve. Was referred to Nutex from a family member, and they had someone out checking our unit within 2 hours of making the initial call. Problem was quickly diagnosed and we had heat back on 4 hours after the initial call. That time includes them having to run out and buy the switch needed to fix the issue. Can't even believe this HIGH level of service provided. Worker who came out to our house was also very professional, friendly, prompt and provided us with excellent service. Seems to be a theme throughout the entire company. Would give this company 10 stars out of 5 if google allowed it. THANKS NUTEX! Hope we don't have Heating and Air problems again, but if we do Nutex will be the only company we call.

I was very impressed throughout the entire process from diagnosis, to leak detection, to scheduling repair. Robert was extremely communicative explained everything to me step by step. I felt confident in understanding the timeline, the process, and the cost. The cost was exactly what he quoted. He was very professional. He will definitely be my Plumbing referral going forward. I'm so thankful he was referred to me.

I've worked with Nutex for almost two year and as a builder it's been nice. They follow and work around my schedule if they have to. I never have issues with them when it comes down to city or home inspectors. I would recommend them for any new installs or to have any repairs done to your home.

Maggy (office) and Andrew(tech) are awesome. Maggy made sure I was taken care of with an issue that I had. I have great appreciation for her being upfront and honest.

Andrew although new to the company, he was a professional. Answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what was going on with my system. Thanks to both of you.

I have been building homes for more than 20 years and have had the opportunity to work with some really fine contractors. That being said, Nutex and their team are on a different level. Punctuality and communication are 2 of the most important variables that set the tone in building a home. Nutex sets the bar in these areas for other mechanical companies, their office personnel and field techs show their professionalism in every aspect of the job and are always willing to work side by side with us, no matter the what task is at hand. I highly recommend Steven and his team to anyone looking for a reputable HVAC company.

This company does not respect people's time. They set an appointment with a 4 hour window. They did not show up or call to let me know they would not be arriving. I understand that things can sometimes change schedules, but they should have had the courtesy to call to let me know, rather than just having me sit here wasting my time. There are other reviews here with the same issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I use this company for all of my major mechanical needs. Always on time, priced very competitive, and their professionalism is always appreciated. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From installs to repairs/warranty, Nutex is without a doubt the best choice

I don’t leave reviews…just never on my mind to do so…but felt it was needed today. I was out of hot water since Sunday evening. They came out Tuesday to see what was going on and what do you know.. Hot water heater needed to be replaced. Today I got my new Heater just in time before the freeze comes. Thank you so much!! I appreciate the dedication and willingness to get the job done and done right.

Ryan and Robert did a great job of installing our tub. They texted ahead of time, they were fast, and they even cleaned up after themselves!

Terrible driver on hw 78. Cut me off when there was no one behind me but had to be one car ahead. Got stuck the in the typical traffic and able to look this page up with the slowdown. Not great for business.

Also you have your left tail light out.
