They were terrific! I made a call in the morning and informed them of my air conditioner issue.Got lucky to have the same day appointment. Allan called and said he would be here in 30 minutes and for sure he was. He was friendly and informative, took enough time to do a great job and seemed to know exactly what was the problem and how to fix it. I was very pleased with the service and it was a pleasure working with them.

Allan came out on a Saturday to check out the AC and heating units after both thermostats lost power. Professional, friendly and extremely thorough in his work. He even provided system troubleshooting tips after pinpointing the problem. Highly recommend Crown Heating And Cooling for their service and excellent staff.

We are very grateful that these guys were able to come out late fix our AC. They were very professional and polite. They managed to fix our AC quickly and kept us in the loop of what was going on the entire time. They went above and beyond what he needed to do. Today. My A/C decided to malfunction. I called Crown Heating And Cooling came with in a couple of hours to fix the problem. He was so courteous, professional, explained my options and then fixed the problem when we agreed on the course of action. He was a pleasure to work with and I think everyone at this company for their polite and prompt service.
